Revolution Indoor Cycling

Kristine was super kind and helpful for my first ever spin class! The environment is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The cycling class was challenging and fun! I definitely recommend checking it out!

This place is AMAZING. My instructor, Kristine was motivating and knowledgeable. I have tried Spin before and was pretty turned off from other classes, I just didn't feel like I got anything out of it except jell-o legs and soreness the next day. That was NOT the case with this class. I felt good about going at a pace *I* was comfortable with, the bikes were awesome (and I managed to try out the spin shoes too!) The screens on the wall were a plus for sure, as I was able to track what I'd done beyond just the time of my ride. The atmosphere is badass and they offer a ton of options beyond cycling class. I will definitely be back for another class and to check out the cool features this modern and up-to-date cycling studio has. Being able to pick out my bike and check-in / pay online was another huge plus. I look forward to seeing all the cool things this place is going to continue to do for the fitness community in East Volusia! :)

This spin class was totally awesome for so many reasons!
1. Centrally located in Daytona Beach.
2. Dr. Kristina Lamana is very energetic and encouraging as she instructs the class.
3. The studio is absolutely gorgeous with lots of services to offer.
4. The studio seems to be a one-stop shop for wellness.

These are reasons why I will join! I am thankful to go there and will let my “healthy lifestyle friends” know that this is the place to go.

Great studio all around and super convenient being in the center of downtown Daytona! If you are looking for a class that rides similar to road cycling, then this is the place for you! Instructors are helpful and very friendly. I really enjoyed the music and it was a great workout out!

This is an amazing place! The spin bikes are new, extremely clean, and Vadim teaches a great class. He has the experience to gauge a class and give an effective workout but leave a person feeling refreshed afterward. I really enjoy seeing my workout stats up on the big tv too.

Just started spinning for the 1st time in my life, and it has been a great experience. The trainers are friendly, patient, and want you to do well and progress safely. They will guide you and you can go at your own pace until you get up to speed and are comfortable going full force. It's been fun too.
