Traders Restaurant & Tiki Lounge

WOW! Just WOW! For being the Best Western restaurant I’m just happily stunned! Normally the BW provides a free continental breakfast for guest but this is an actual Tiki restaurant.
They do have a free coffee and juice bar. An order off the menu. Very nice selection and priced reasonable. The crab avocado egg toast was just something to definitely hoot and holler about. Just delicious and what a tasty breakfast! Thank you for providing such a picture perfect spot in Daytona Beach!

Megan was a great waitress. The shrimp, grilled was delicious. The Cuban cigars (spring rolls) were crispy, light and fresh. The drinks were also great. Salads were fresh. Thank you.

We came to Traders for the 1st time Thursday after arriving in Daytona Beach during a storm and didn’t feel like driving anywhere so we came here the food and drinks were excellent. Megan was our server and she’s amazing. Well on Saturday it again was raining and we didn’t feel like taking the Harley out so we came in to traders and Megan was working again today. And to our surprise Thursday was no fluke. The food and drinks were again the best we’ve had anywhere. Megan was smiling and taking care of her customers without missing a beat. We still got 3 more days in Daytona and more than likely will be back again.

Although I did not stay at the hotel, I met friends at the Aku tiki restaurant. What fun! Great atmosphere. And our server, Lauren, was the best. So friendly and attentive. She truly added to our wonderful time. We’ll be back 👍🏻

Good food and cocktails. Sometimes service is slow as staff is limited. Very convenient in the Best Western Aku Tiki Hotel.

Had cocktails at 4pm-5pm Happy Hour!! Very friendly bartender.. lovely atmosphere.. nice view of pool area... THEN breakfast next day... menu with ample choices.. waitress extremely friendly.. and chef's prep of food was outstanding!! Always stay at AKU TIKI when in Daytona and enjoy Traders tremendously!! Highly recommended!!

Couldn't have been more satisfied! The new chef Jason came out personally to check on how we liked his special the lobster roll which was delicious! All of the food has so much flavor! Would definitely refer to friends! Chef Jason was very kind and funny! The staff was also amazing! They were very friendly and very welcoming!

Met some wonderful people while dinning here. The Cajun shrimp platter appetizer and Maui Burger were absolutely delicious.

The food we've ordered were okay. We had their Steak (which they did apologize for not having the kind of steak they have in the menu they gave us alternatives), Philly Cheesesteak was great. Somehow, the chicken wings were very salty. But overall, the restaurant is okay. There was only 1 server that evening when we went but she's terrific, very quick and pleasant to the customers.

Caitlin was an excellent server at the pool bar and we enjoyed a wonderful meal of grilled chicken salad and tacos!

Blended drink are awesome. The food was hot and tasted amazing. The staff is what makes this tiki bar great. They care about the customers and want you too keep coming back.

We had a large crowd at the hotel ( Parrot Heads- from The Villages. The staff was patient, caring and very pleasant. The food and drinks were first rate.

We have stayed at the Best Western Tiki 3 times and have enjoyed going to Trader's for meals many times. Our current stay of 10 days have made us bigger fans of the place. Great selection of food, super great staff make it a place to enjoy often.

Food was fantastic and service was great. Drinks were awesome too. Place was dead around noon on Sunday and really don't know why because it was the best place we ate at while in Daytona.

Awesome little place to eat. Best teriyaki garlic wings I've ever had. And the sidewinder fries were amazing as well. Wife even got a massive salad! Then to boot it was barely even $30 which I thought was decently priced for the area.

What a hidden gem this is!!! The furnishings and atmosphere is a little dated but who cares. Very attentive wait staff, food was amazing which was unexpected. When we first walked in we had our doubts but this will be added to our favorites list. This place is attached to a beat Western inn and I think it is where the inn serves their breakfast. We were there for dinner. I had the BBQ chicken and wife had Rachel Rueben. I could not believe how tender and succulent the chicken was. Fall off the bone tender. Sauce was good. Wife's Rachel Reuben was also excellent. Fish sandwich on rye with a bit of thousand island dressing. Fish was tender, bread was fresh. Honestly could not ask for a better meal. Price was more than fair and wait staff was attentive.
