Jessup's of Daytona

My engagement ring came from this jewelry store. I loved everything about it, but I had an issue with it spinning off to the side. When I took it into the store, Jeff suggested that we get it beaded. We spoke with the jeweler, who said the wait time was going to be about two weeks. The two must have seen the dismay on my face, because Jeff immediately reassured me he'd get it back to me sooner than that. He stayed true to his word! I got a call from him a day or two later letting me know the ring was ready for pick-up. When I picked it up, they had cleaned and refinished it and it sparkled like the first day I wore it! I was elated!

Since purchasing my ring from Jessup's, we always receive gift cards for awesome deals in the mail from the jewelry store. I have purchased jewelry for my mom from here as well, and it's always been a great experience. This place truly has phenomenal prices and customer service... They've made a lifelong customer out of me!!

My wife's heirloom ring lost 2 diamonds and some were loose so I took it to Jessup's. What an all around fantastic experience. From the moment you walk in the door the friendliness, customer service, and attitude couldn't be better. You'd think I was spending 1000's of dollars with the service I got. I doubt I'll ever go to a different Jewelry store.

Just picked up a custom made pendent from Jessup’s. I couldn’t be more please. They did a fantastic job. My husband passed away recently and I wanted his wedding band and my engagement ring done up into a pendent; memorializing my husband’s passing. The price was also very reasonable. This is the second piece I had them customize and it was also beautiful. Jessup is the best.

My husband and I have been customers of Jessups since 1999. We travel approx. 100 miles round trip from home because there is no other jewelry store that we trust or appreciate more... We recently had 3 rings made at the store and they could not be more beautiful or perfect! Ruth, Jim, and the master jeweler did an amazing job!

I bought my fiance's engagement ring here in late 2013. Jeff did an amazing job helping me find the ruby my girl always wanted, and the jewel and setting he and I put together for her took her breath away. I'm so thankful I went to Jessup's, the price was unbeatable and the customer service was above and beyond!

I am from PA and only go to Jessup's for all my jewelry needs. They are amazing. I trust them with all of my finest jewelry and always find something to take home! The rest of my family loves them too and have bought everything from bikes to camera's to musical instruments. I wish they were closer and I could visit more than once a year!

This is without a doubt the best pawnshop around. Actually it doesn't even feel like a pawnshop. Customer service is outstanding. Nicest group of people I have met. Their fees are great and prices are exceptional. They go out of there way to help you. There needs to be more places that treat you so well. I hope you all have a wonderful day and a blessed day. Have yet to find another pawn shop like it, lowest interest rates for pawning, great prices for buying (always cheapest gold prices!). Always honest, and great friendly service! Michelle especially, always happy and patient. This is a place that would rather remain prestigious than become greedy. Didnt realize how great it was to have this place so close by until I moved to NY, now I cant find anything like it! waiting until i go back down for vacation until i buy some jewelry, they go by weight where others go by designer. save yourself a couple hundred $$

I have used their repair shop more then once and can tell you there is no better, I just had a repair on a Harley-Davidson 100th anniversary bracelet (broken latch) that had been packed for 9 years. Not only did they repair it perfectly but also polished it and made it look brand new. I trust no one else to deal with. Keep up the great work. I have also bought 2 Rolex watches and 2 rings from them at a good price, and will always look there first when shopping.

Money cannot buy the quality of service and old fashion graciousness this Original Pioneer Store of the Daytona Area lends to their clients. We drove approx. 60 miles round trip just to have them meet & then exceed our needs for a custom second engagement ring. BIG thanx to Jessup's!

I went to another store previously to downsize a ring and was told it can't be done. Another wanted to charge me $80. Then I wen't to Jessup's right after and the jeweler was really nice and did it for me in less than 15 mins and told me he's not going to charge me for it. The lady who i first spoke to was also very friendly and helpful.😊 i Recommend them 100%.

Excellent customer service from Cheri who helped us pick out a perfect ring setting and the gemologist who repaired and worked on my ring which was difficult to reset - We were so thrilled with the work and concern to do it correctly. THANK YOU - just wanted you to know we were very happy.

2 years ago I bought my wife's wedding ring set and they were extremely helpful and took care of us, I was in yesterday for my wife's birthday and bought her another set and Jackie was extremely helpful and a very pleasant experience great place of business, great prices and always very helpful!!!

My fiancee and I went in to shop for wedding bands on short notice and Jackie and Kim went above and beyond to satisfy our needs! Highly recommend!
