This morning was a challenge I’ve been experiencing car trouble and I had an original appointment with my own car dealer for a starter repair. They gave me the worst service and ordered to leave my car until it acts up again. I decided to take my car to lux and the staff there took care of me as if I owned one of their vehicles. The job was done with pure passion, knowledge and love for cars In a timely manner (acknowledging my being a single parent with a sensitive time window). Not only did they get the job done but also kept me comfortable and I’m so grateful for the referral. Thanks again. If I need anything more I would definitely go back.

Best car buying experience! My son bought his first car here. The owner and staff went about and beyond to ensure he bought a reliable car and that his first car buying experience was memorable. The staff was helpful and professional with us and with each other which is a good sign that their employees are appreciated just as much as their customers are - a true reflection of an all around great business!

More than happy with my experience working with Lux. At first they didn’t have the car I was looking for but after sitting down with Claudel and telling him exactly what I was looking for he made it happen. I paid my car off within a month but that was over a year and an half ago.. I tried to obtain the title just to discover the vehicle has a lien on it. I called and it’s now been a whole week of trying to get the lien removed or figure out what’s going on they rarely answer the phone and don’t return phone calls. Will never purchase from them again.

They hold a lien on your vehicle even after it’s been paid in full. You have to go to them & request that they release the lien from over a year ago. Not very friendly about their slack either

They do false advertisement's on other sights to draw you in, like clickbate, but those prices are an outright lie, and nowhere near the prices they actually charge. They aren't competitive, and my experience talking to them was very shady. So many good places to go, your better off anywhere else.

Bad quality cars for way too much money would not recommend. I waited 30 min till someone came to me asking if I needed help.
