Just moved here from the city and hands down the best Chinese I've had ever. I love mala chicken and there's was so good and fresh. I loved the spring rolls and that they were crispy and not mushy.lots of veggies that were still crisp which is a plus. My husband loved his shrimp and broccoli did not like the amount of sauce but said the taste was spot on. We will definitely be back again.

This is out go-to take out when we are in the mood for Chinese! Everything we have had on the menu is flavorful and freshly prepared with noticeably fresh veggies. Some of out favorites include: sweet and sour chicken, Mala chicken, sesame chicken, general tso chicken, chicken chowmein, chicken with broccoli, spring rolls, egg rolls, egg drop soup, fried rice and lowmein. They have by far the best cream cheese and crab ragoons I've ever had! They recently renovated the inside and it is looking really nice. This is a family owned and ran restaurant that we have been going to for years. I recently noticed some reviews I didn't agree with at all so I figured I would put my opinion out there as well. I have never had a bad experience, thankfully. Give them a try!

I was shocked. I’m from NY, CT, NJ. I moved to Ellabell, Ga. There is no good food. Came upon this Chinese restaurant. Gave it a shot. I am so pleased. We order at least once every 2 weeks. I only wish they were open on Sunday. That’s when we eat Chinese in Sundayyyyyy

I honestly stopped out of desperation and wasn't expecting much. The place is small and there was only one other family picking up carryout but the food was fantastic! Obviously family run and the two small children inside were perfectly behaved. Everything tasted fresh and wasn't doused in sugar like it came frozen. I was impressed.

Excellent bargain, caring staff. Large portions are prepared with fresh tasty ingredients. No skimping. Very satisfying. Very basic decor with many locals phoning in their orders and picking them up. Many people here are not going a week without their China #1.

Although there's many things we've ordered directly off the menu some of the best things we got are not on the menu or were altered from the menu. Different members of the family have different dietary needs from gluten-free to vegetarian to no carb you get the idea they've always been willing and very helpful in making adjustments and changes for us and you always get your money's worth 😀

Friendly people,Great menu. They had a little bit of everything. Our wait was very minimal. The food was amazing and they gave you a lot.The prices were really good too!! I have no complaint other then I eat too much 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Pembroke is so lucky to have this treasure. The food is outstanding. The pepper steak, pork fried rice and egg rolls are to die for. Not only is the proprietor the nicest person but so are her children. Very cute and responsible kids. Thank you so much for serving this area as Pembroke would not be the same without China #1

The food was amazing and I also just moved here couple days ago and for lunch and dinner this is where I go. Small restaurant with good food.

Visiting from NYC for the holiday & this is the BEST Chinese I've had in a long time! The special request spicy chicken lo mein was spiiiicy AF! Great sweet & sour chicken, rice, crab rangoon, & a complimentary spring roll. Thanks for the great meal.

I've been ordering from these guys since 2014. They've gotten my order right everytime and the combo plate servings are big enough to make two meals.

Awesome just like it use to be! When I was in middle school it was a place to go to with my mom, and it is still the same great food!

Best Chinese in the area in my opinion (statesboro included) friendly staff and food is always good.
