This past few months WB Mason has done a good job on delivering but by far the best thing about this company is the prompt customer service that Robert E. provides. He includes details and information so I know what is happening with my order. I will continue to use WB Mason and recommend them because of Robert’s help. Thank You all and stay safe!

When your driver pulls up to my business with the radio volume all the way up, the people in my building cannot hear our customers on the phone. Tell him to turn it down. Truck #682460

I feel like every time I’ve dealt with them (through my employer), I’ve always had some sort of problem with them. They either don’t update the website where it tells you when the product will be available. Then when you order it, it’s not available or then send you a cheaper brand and still charge you for the higher end brand. Their wait time over the phone is out of this world and the online chat is a joke. I’d rather go back to dealing with Staples.
