This is Waste Pro and the city of Port Orange not being able to remove trash in a timely manner. Waste Pro says its the contract with Port Orange, Port Orange says they over pay for our HOA trash removal. Then when we turn to the city manager in desperation the response is "we need to fix this and code enforcement will be monitoring" huh?

Hurricane clean up is horrible, previous Hurricane clean up was great. I believe the previous management used local contractors as well as outside contractors. It's now going on 6 weeks since the last Hurricane and I am only talking about yard debris. Hopefully they'll get it done before next Hurricane season.

Very inconvenient business department closes an hour before the city hall time and 3 mins before what their door says

Trying to get a response or call back form the community development department is impossible. Does anyone even check the voicemail boxes you transfer people to? Not a very business-friendly environment. Please work on your customer service and communication.
