Code Compliance guy showed up 10m early with no mask and had to go back to City Hall to get it. You don't know who's behind my door, why would you not have a mask on you at all times in this day when only 49% of the U.S. population is vaccinated. I'm still not sure if he genuinely forgot it or trying to slide, but he did apologize and was very courteous.

I went to Daytona beach last week with 3 wheelchair bound friends. Their wheelchairs worked out very well on the packed sand. We then tried to access Atlantic Ave to purchase lunch. All the wheelchair ramps were packed with over a foot of sand and not accessible. We tried several ramps near the banshell and none were accessible for us. This is a violation of the Persons with Disability Act for access to all public property. I was disappointed in the city of Daytona that this was not a high standard to uphold as so many people vacation here. It is a shame that these ramps are not maintained, as for some it is a matter of great importance.

They came out today to bully and intimidate us for no reason.They said a call came in that we were renting our home.We purchased it a few months ago and have been working cleaning the place daily as it was in disrepair.Are we able to have family visit?Can I have a dog?What is wrong with these people? Welcome to the neighborhood.The bureaucracy is corrupt and ruing the city while trampling our rights and personal liberties.
