Greater Fitness - Daytona Beach Shores

I am a traveler nurse and definitely this is my favorite spot to workout when I come to the Daytona and New Smyrna Beach area. The staff is welcoming and professional, the equipment is great and the facility is clean.

Nice local gym with a friendly staff. It's not packed full of people's like other gyms and there is plenty of space.

Workout Anxtime is a new gym with all the new workout machines from MATRIX. They are airconditioned and they have Wifi. 8 TVs and always high spirits frrom staff.

Overall, 1st experience was great.

At first I was skeptical when they took the beachside gym over from the previous owners, but now I love it. I also love being able to visit their other 2 locations on the mainland.

I took training from one of their trainers who is an exercise physiologist and he showed me about 6 exercises for strengthening my core, and my nagging long term back pain is gone! Thank you Greater Fitness!

I want to say that I have been in numerous gyms through out Georgia and several here in Daytona! Workout Anytime tops the chart by far! The staff, Moose and Caleb has made me feel so welcome and has went out of their way to assist me in every way! Along with Sara and Jordan always making it seem of importance to welcome me with smiles! This gym has the best equipment and the cleanest facility I have been in! This gym is awesome!!! And the pricing is phenomenal!!!

Absolutely love this gym. Sometimes it can be a little muggy inside. But always clean & good spacing between machines.
Only complaint is they need more plates for the machines.

I can recommend the gym 100%. The gym is clean and well equipped. Great care is taken to disinfect the equipment. If I had any questions, one of the trainers was always present. Special thanks to the manager Josh!

Over a month ago we contacted this gym. The manager Sarah answered the phone and told me all about the gym. She even followed up with me prior to the trip. When we arrived we were welcomed in with open arms. Been an absolute treat an amazing experience. The facility itself is amazing like nothing we have in Canada. The staff is awesome. I would recommend this gym to anyone traveling this way. Thank you Sarah so much.

This location is a great addition to the Greater fitness gym! Plenty of space and plenty of machines mixed with free weight areas in a great spot makes for the perfect place to blow off without being too far of a drive.

I can’t say enough great things about this gym. Sarah the general manager, Moose the head trainer and Co. are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and truly passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals. The gym is immaculate and has top grade equipment. They also have a state-of-the-art body composition machine, water massage chairs, tanning beds, etc. 24 hour access, and plenty of parking as well. I’ve worked out at most of the gyms in the area and this is by far the best place to be!

Glad they have filtered water. I've been to gyms that didn't offer this.
Love the fact that it's 24 hours, 7days a week. It was great to see a gym come to the Shores that has unlimited access to it.

This is a really nice gym. Super clean and neat, newer equipment, good staff, and a great deal for the money. The owner is fantastic and a positive person. I always enjoy talking with him. I'm glad I joined.

I was in Daytona on a week's vacation, looking for a place to work out and they had a very reasonable weekly rate. I'm a life-long gym rat and was really pleasantly surprised. They have plenty of equipment, all seemingly pretty new, free weights, cardio, etc. The staff were friendly. Seemed like an upbeat place. Not too many people, not too few people. I would definitely consider joining if I lived in Daytona or on future stays. Thanks.

I love the gym I came from Michigan to visit for vacation. They treated us right gave us a two week trial for free while other gyms wanted to over charge us because we are not a Florida resident. If you are looking to work out this is the best place to be ! They have the most modern and up to date equipment that I have ever seen before. Will be back again! 😁👍🏋‍♂

Was here on vacation and needed a place to work out. Staff was amazing and helpful! Awesome location, modern equipment, very clean. I would recommend this gym to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in town.

I joined Workout Anytime 24/7 on Friends and Family Program. The gym uses good quality equipment. I especially enjoy using the treadmill. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Tanning equipment is a pleasure. I really like using the HydroMassage. It makes me feel like I had a real massage. The gym is in a convenient location. I think the red/gray color scheme is wonderful. I also needed assistance on how to make a plan to workout utilizing the free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. A staff member came up with a great plan. Now I am exercising every day using the plan they gave me, which is broken down into all muscle groups. This gym is very eager to assist members in all fitness levels.

My wife and I been to almost every gym in the Daytona area. Workout anytime Daytona Beach Shores is by far the cleanest nicest people the safe makes you feel like you belong there. Its hard to find a nice clean friendly gym... I have to be honest I went there looking for a gym with the mind set of I wasn't going to like the gym.. and with the free trail I had after the 1st day I knew this was the place for me...

I highly recommend Workout Anytime in Daytona Beach Shores. The 24/7 key card access is convenient, it has plenty of modern equipment, it's very clean, and is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable trainers/management. It's a pleasure to work out here, and thank you to Sarah for doing a great job managing this gym!
