Dunkin'

Love this Dunkin. Service is fast and always spot on. The workers are always very nice.

Hands down my new favorite location on the area. I had a mix up and double ordered my mobile order trying to add a donut. Everyone was so incredibly kind and I was so so grateful. Thank you guys so much!!

They always makes my Carmel iced coffee exactly how I like it and I always leave with a smile . Love this location

The drive through is difficult to enter coming off the main entrance so be prepared.

I ordered all sprinkle donuts for my son's class.. I guess my mistake was ordering on the app because that is not what his teacher got. I didn't find out until he came home with extra donuts in his back pack that were not sprinkled. I also had to ask for the extra donut I ordered because they couldn't read the actual order. The inside is also closed and while I understand being understaffed not everyone wants to go through the drive through that is near the edge of a very large hill.

The doughnuts were good, and I really love having a DD here, and it's really nice inside. The only problem is they have closed the dine in, so you can only use the drive-through.

Friendly service. Kind of an inconvenient location. Hard to get into the drive-thru and turning left out of the entrance back onto Washington can be a challenge depending on the time. They haven't been open very long, but it seems they're already having inventory issues. Stopped by for a standard menu-item drink a few days ago mid-day and they were out of the ingredients.

Very pretty store on the inside. The coffee always tastes watered down. Today I got half a dozen donuts. They gave me a chocolate frosted instead of a chocolate glazed. After my kids hands were already in the box taking their donuts I went in and let them know that one was not right. They took the wrong one and put it back on the shelf to give to someone else and then brought me the right donut. I am just so grossed out that I left the store with food, brought it back, and now you may have eaten that donut today 😬

While the staff at this location are nice, this Dunkin is literally across the street from a Starbucks. I mention that because we go to Dunkin because they are just barely cheaper than Starbucks… Until you ask for a pup cup… Yes, this dunkin charges $1.08 for a really small cup with whipped cream that Starbucks doesn’t charge for at all. Not saying Dunkin is terrible for charging… they can charge for whatever they want… But I’ll just say this as feedback, an iced coffee at Starbucks costs about the same as one at Dunkin but I don’t have to pay extra for my dogs treat at Starbucks, where do you think I’m going to go for my iced coffee?

I'm a usual customer and love the staff but yall keep it too hot for them >> it's like walking into heat 😬😬
