I work with John and he was real nice and helpful, couldn't have ask for no better agent. He was easy to talk with and understanding and explain some of my questions, It was a happy day. Allstate meets all my needs.
Before you buy, check (Allstate insurance) they have served me well. I hope , next 6 month will be the same.

Allstate is an excellent insurance company. They were quick to start and resolve my claim after an uninsured motorists caused damage to my vehicle. I felt Allstate really cared for my well-being during the process. My local agent Mr. Harvey was very thorough when purchasing my policy and made sure I received all discounts for both home and car insurance.

Jay and staff always respond quickly. If there’s a way to save you money they will find it. Glad I can depend on them.

As I an going on my second year as a customer with All State’s agent Jay Harvey, I nothing but high recommendations for Jay and his team at his agency. Many were good, but the service I have obtained from the Harvey Agency has truly been outstanding. The Jay Harvey Agency office is not close to my residence. In fact I have at least four other agencies within one mile of my house, so why do I drive eight miles to Jay Harvey agency? Service with a smile. And actually lower rates. My house insurance actually dropped a few hundred dollars this year. That was unexpected but appreciated. So bottom line is this: there are many agencies out there. Been with them about 2+ years now. Easy to talk to when I’ve had an issue. Just had a recent claim on one of my vehicles and all I had to do was call and they took care of most of the claim stuff for me. Very easy people to deal with.

I love being insured by Jay Harvey / Allstate mainly because of the amazing customer service. Any time I call, I speak to the same person (without a long list of menus that get me to her) and she is able to pull up my info immediately without a hassle. I was pulled over last month and didn’t have my cards on me, I called and she emailed them to me within minutes. It seems like a simple request but it really is awesome to have such a personal and immediate response from an insurance company. Also, the cost! I saved a lot of money on our home insurance by switching to them!

Jay was the only person and his agency was the only agency that reached out to me to see if they could get my business when my homeowners was up for renewal. Also his staff was persistent and patient enough to bear with me since after we started talking about the change my mom was hospitalized. They also were the only agency to beat the rate I was paying to insure not only my home but my three vehicles as well as getting me better coverage for less money. I was overall thrilled with my experience with this agency and would recommend them to anyone. Since then I have come to like Allstate better as well since they have so many ways of saving you money with multiple discounts and their app. My first drivewise reward was over $62 and I have also,gotten a refund for over $2. I had reached out to the other Allstate agency in that area months ago and never got a response so props to Jay and his team for going above and beyond their duties to really make me feel like they are generally concerned for my well being and financial situation.Also I get monthly email check ins making me feel like family. I just wished u had met him sooner

I was in an automobile 4 car wreck. The person that was at fault didn't have enough insurance. Allstate took care of of the problem. They got me a rental car and got my car repaired in a very professional and timely manner. Everyone I spoke to at the agency was very helpful and professional. They kept me update on the progress of the repair and they also did follow ups even after my car was returned to me. I want to thank you for all the assistance that your office gave me.
