Rosemary and Thyme Restaurant

The restaurant was absolutely beautiful! The service was fantastic and the food was amazing. The sausage gravy had a good flavor and they had a good gravy to biscuit ratio. The croissant for the sandwich was flaky and light. Even the ginger ale was crisp and refreshing

Willow my server was one of the most energetic, dedicated, customer oriented servers I've ever had. Madison the manager is the glue that keeps everything right and tight. Food was excellent, dessert the finest, coffee the freshest. Thank you so much for a memorable experience.

What a wonderful experience! The food, the service and the atmosphere at Rosemary and Thyme are excellent! The dining room was full of happy diners enjoying superb dinners. The new additions to the wine list are delicious and we'll thought out to complement the menu. We look forward to our next dinner at Rosemary and Thyme

This restaurant is located in the Historic Windsor Hotel a beautiful setting on it's own. The dining room was very nice and airy, great place to share an intimate evening. The dinner was excellent and the staff was friendly. Our server could have been more attentive in such an elegant setting, he apologized acknowledging that he had a large party in a separate room. Unfortunately it reflects the staffing shortages in the industry in general. Overall we had a great evening out on the town.

Food was good and we enjoyed our meal after our marriage... The service was great everyone greeted us with a smile and congratulations.

Excellent service. Seated quickly. The order of pickle chips were cripsy and the portion size huge. We enjoyed the Ribeye steak, seasonal veggies, and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked to perfection and the seasoning spot on. Don't forget the dessert! Death by Chocolate and Strawberry Cheesecake are the perfect finish.

Food is always delicious! For dinner I get the chicken Parmesan. I'd also highly recommend going to their brunch on Sundays!

We visited for our 43rd wedding anniversary.
As always, the staff were top notch and the food was excellent.

There were 4 in our group, and all of us enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Will go again if we get to take that trip again. Hoping Floyd gets some much needed help. He took care of the entire restaurant, and he was great. He always had a smile on his face, and your coffee cup stayed full. The one cook there was never seen because she was alone in the kitchen preparing all the delicious food. If you get the chance to eat there, just be patient and enjoy a delicious breakfast and great conversation with Floyd.

Fine dining in a laid back atmosphere. Drinks are top notch and service was great. Every dish and drink was very subtle and crafted, nothing was too in-your-face. Would totally come here again when we are in town!

We ate at Rosemary and Thyme after my college graduation last night. Our service was wonderful. My entire family LOVED their food, from appetizers, entrees and desserts. The period decor was beautiful also. Very pleased!!

What a hidden Gem! Almost made the mistake of skipping out on this place while passing through/road tripping to Providence Canyon. Elise and Taylor were sweethearts, and kudos to Elise for helping me decide between the Chicken Marsala and the Crab Ravioli. GOOD chicken Marsala is RARE to find, BUT THIS PLACE KNOCKED IT OUT OF PARK. ABSOLUTELY amazing. Hearty portion, and they nailed the consistency of the mash and gravy, the juiciness of the chicken and the tenderness of the mushrooms. We ordered the glazed chicken bites as an app and again it was a win. The ribeye was on point. The green beans were seasoned PERFECTLY, and the mojito and mixed drinks were balanced just right (thanks Tera!). Their Creme Brulee is made in house. DO NOT PASS IT UP. Incredibly creamy, crisp top. 10/10 Rosemary & Thyme. 10/10.

This was amazing place to stay , built in 1892 its in amazing shape , i would deffiantly stay here over n over ... Very clean and the staff are just awsome n friendly ... excellent food very very deliouse home made food

Visiting from Florida and had a wonderful dinner Saturday night with friends who live in Americus. Our waitress, Taylor was an absolute joy. She took very good care of us and made our whole night much more enjoyable.

My steak was great, and my wife loved her salmon. The pimento cheese appetizer was tasty as well.

Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. Quiet, enjoyable place to dine. Pianist was great. Friendly staff. Definitely try the southwestern sauce with your steak. Pleasant experience. Didn't feel rushed as if staff was trying to turn the table quickly. Staff is knowledgeable about etiquette. Great experience. Great way to spend a special occasion or just nice night out. Hotel and restaurant has a rich history that staff is knowledgeable about. Prices are great for the quality of food. Best kept secret in Americus!

Exceptional food & service by Taylor. We will come here every time we are in town. We were very pleased with the entire experience. We even came dressed very casual and no one made us feel out of place! In fact EVERYONE we encountered were extremely polite and friendly!
