Midtown Dental Care

I called this office at 4a this morning because I could not sleep. I was a new patient and they had me in the office the same day at 10am. They are really helpful and by far the smoothest process I've ever experienced. They told me about the Vantage one program for $79 per year that you pay directly to that company. I was aware that I would get 50% off the oral evaluation and images. I was also aware I would receive 20% off treatment. They told me my price, they did the procedure, and I paid. They also provided me with a prescription for pain. Its 8pm I've only had to take one pill, no swelling, the site has clotted perfectly. I fell in love with this office staff and Dentist. They didn't know but I was terrified because of a bad experience elsewhere. Great customer is everything because you never know what a person is going through. I will be back and refer friends and family😊

Upon going to Midtown Dental I had a hard time finding a dentist. But once I arrived I knew I found my dental home. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they make you feel welcome and important. Dr. Strauss is just amazing! Each time I’ve gone my experience was great, he always takes time and listen to any concerns or worries that I have or have had. I went in explained what I wanted/needed and he made it happen he is by far one of the Greatest dentist I’ve ever had.

Coming into the building was very warming and caring. The staff is great and cheerful. They handle business and take care of the patients in a quick timely manner. My entire visit was wonderful. I recommend Midtown Dental to those who is in need of a dentist. Keep up the great work ladies

I am always nervous about the dentist but this was my first time coming to Midtown. I needed a tooth extraction. Skylar and Dr Wheat made me feel so comfortable. I felt no pain at all and was in and out in less than an hour. They were so gentle and reassuring. Highly recommended

I have not ran in to a place of business where everyone is so welcoming in a long time. Dr. Wheat has a caring personality and you can tell by the way he speaks to you. The front staff was very helpful and nice. Rhonda is the newbie but took great care of my teeth and was a hoot. Thanks everyone and see you in six months.

My husband and I and our 5 children have been cared for by Dr. Strauss since 2002. Going to the dentist was like a holiday for the kids when they were young. He and his staff have always treated us like family. Because of his care, my children have had virtually no dental problems. When one or two did have a cavity, his skill and manner made it a positive experience. I now have serious dental problems due to a medical condition which predisposes me to decay. Dr. Strauss has been both proactive and reassuring. His staff is both competent and caring well beyond the call of duty. We would never go anywhere else!

I am glad I found this place. Great atmosphere, great staff! Went in for root canal and didn’t feel anything from start to finish. I was truly impressed and will recommend any day.

I have always had an extreme phobia of the dentist but this office has really put most of my fears to ease. The staff is extremely helpful and always so very polite and Dr. Strauss work is impeccable. I cannot thank you all enough for how great my experience has been. Highly recommend!!!

I'm always very nervous to sit in the "chair". The staff made me so comfortable and reinsured me while I waited, not to have anxiety about the procedure Dr.Strause is always very Gental. I promise you he was a 15, I felt Zero (0) Pain, absolutely none at all especially with the Shots. All I felt was the jiggel of my lip by him, when he gave me a shot. Not even a pinch of pain. He is my 15 star Dentist, he does beautiful work, with No pain to the patient and has the best bedside Manner. Thank you Dr. Straus and hia Extraordinary Staff... KUDOS!!??😁

I'm here to say Midtown Dental has the most courteous staff and they are well trained in their craft. Upon my first experience, I was convinced they were capable of handling my needs professionally and courteous ly. I've recommended over more than 6 friends to come and get denistry.

I'm a new patient at Midtown Dental Care and cannot express enough how pleased I was with services rendered and hospitality of staff. The wait to be seen was not long. Dental Hygenist, Veronica is absolutely amazing. She kept me informed on what she was going to be doing beforehand. If you are searching for a new Dental clinic. If you require any dental work I recommend giving Midtown Dental Care an opportunity to take care of you and your family. I am pleased with their service. Dr. Wheat, Dr. Straus and the team are great. In addition, it has been brought to my attention that Smile Direct Club, a direct-to-consumer clear aligner company, recently announced it is shutting down operations, effective immediately. This has left their existing customers with many questions and few answers. IF you or someone you know has been impacted I recommend Midtown Dental Care located at 1380 14th Street.

As a new patient of this office I felt very welcomed! Everyone was so helpful and nice. Dr. Weets was very informative and willing to answer all the questions I had.

I don’t mind coming to the dentist now. Not only is the service wonderful but Dr. Wheaten and entire staff that I have had the opportunity to meet are 💯percent Fantastic! I had to have surgery back in September so I had to postpone my treatment for a while. I informed them that I was ready to reschedule and there was no problem. They treat me as though I’ve known them forever. I would and have recommended Mid Town Dental to my family and friends. Thank you so much Mid Town for such wonderful service. 💕💕💕

I am posting under my husbands account but I had a dental emergency, I had a filling fall out when I was pregnant and I was so close to having baby I decided not to get any work done until after the baby. I had the baby and last week the pain became so unbearable I had my husband call around to see who can get me in the same day. He called about 6 places and they were booked months out. But midtown was able to adjust their schedule in order to accommodate my emergency. Not only were they kind enough to squeeze me n but the quality and customer care that they provided was amazing. From the front desk receptionist to the dental assistants and dentist everyone was kind and the dentist was very gentle. I usually dread going to the dentist because no matter how much they try I always feel some type of pain but I did not feel a thing. I 100% recommend!!
