I just had a visit to a hardware store that every one should get to experience. I needed an assortment of hanging hardware to get a patio swing hung. The associate was patient as he listened to my plan without being critical. As he worked to fill the order, he offered suggestions that improved the plan and moved around the store to gather what was needed (he spent at least 20 minutes with me). In the end, I spent $50 on materials, but I feel I received $50 of great customer service and advice in addition (at no additional cost). This is where I will be going to fill my hardware and lumber needs in the future.

Pinal Lumber his voice is a fantastic place to shop employee are always bubbly I'm very helpful to have them in our neighborhood although they don't stock a lot of stuff sometimes it's not about the stuff they will get it for you we're always in a big hurry anyway sometimes we can just wait

Water heater bought at pinal lumber. No traveling to box stores. They had in stock and delivered for me. Nice people to deal with. Price was cheaper right here in Glibe than the valley
