Healthy Steps Pediatrics

I just moved my son to this pediatrician and we had our first visit today. The nurse and the NP, Denee, were both so great. Denee had the best bedside manner of any dr Ive met since we have been in Louisiana. I highly recommend this office for your kiddos.

I've been going to Healthy Steps since 2008. Ms. Robin was the nurse I brought my daughter to when she was under weight . She was kind loving and understanding, still is. She is careful when diagnosing my daughter and other babies and I am greatful. Dr. Grant is a God send! The Best! She is also very loving and patient I've been between the two and appreciate them and their staff.

My family has used Healthy Steps for years now. I have 2 boys with special needs plus my healthy kids. We strictly use Robin Weir, NP for all our children, especially our special boys. With our oldest SN son she saved his life, when no one would listen to all his crazy symptoms she did! She sent letters to specialists, researched above what her job required, cried when the bad new came, celebrated with the good news and always helped make a battle plan. We refuse to see anyone else if she is not in the office if it can wait we wait to see her! We will lose one of our sons early in life and it is unknown what the future holds for our other son but because of all she has done that she didn't have to we are better prepared and their quality of life is so much better due to her! She listens to what you say as a parent, unfortunately alot of medical personnel don't(they think they know more) but when you tell her something even if at that moment it doesn't seem to matter she notes it and keeps it in mind. She has been wonderful with all our SN and "normal" children, whether it is just a sore throat or it's a terminal disease she gives both the same amount of attention. I tell everyone what she has done for my family and everyone to bring their children to her. Without Robin Weir my sons lives would have suffered and our family would have broke under the pressure! Thank you Robin Weir you have saved this family and all that you have done has not gone unnoticed even the boys specialists tell us how lucky we are to have you care for them. Please, take your children/child to her you won't regret it.

I have been bringing my kids here for over a year now. Our previous doctor failed, for years, to diagnose my child with several serious health problems. Within 3 months of seeing Dr. Robin she sent off for blood work and was able to diagnose her and explained what was going on with my daughter and she referred us to several specialists in New Orleans. I couldn't be more grateful for the expert care they give both of my children. We will never again change doctors.
The hours are so convenient and we have never had to wait for long at all. The entire staff have always been so sweet, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with kids. I absolutely trust them.with my childrens health and happiness.

The whole team at Healthy Steps is amazing!! Dr. Grant and everyone else there really take the time to get know their patients. I wouldn’t want to take my child anywhere else! They are very caring and loving towards everyone

I love Dr. Robin she's very attentive an talks to you as a parent about any concerns.. Ect. I have to say that all the staff their are friendly an tend to your needs as well. I would have to say that in the event Dr..Robin is not available. Im happy to have my children seen by who's available. My I've never had a complaint.

Dr. Toni Grant is one of the few doctors that takes her time and never makes you feel like she needs to run out the door. My son is special needs (he is on the Autism spectrum along with a few more things SPD ETC.) and she takes her time explaining what shes doing and she really gets down to his level and makes him feel comfortable. I really could never show her how grateful I am to her that we are not treated just like a number but, shows us that she really cares. I will NEVER switch providers. She takes care of your children as she would want hers to be taken care of. A+++ to Dr. Toni Grant and her staff. Thank you all for being a part of our family!

Healthy Steps has a great staff! They our kind, personable, and friendly! Everytime I leave a message for Dr. Grant, she ALWAYS calls me back! What a rare and genuine experience for me!

So fortunate to have found Dr Grant for my daughter. I live in Alexandria and rarely cross the river but I’d drive 150 miles to see her. The area is lucky to have her.

In my own opinion it is the best and I wouldn't change. Dr. Robin Wier and Dr. Toni Grant the two best Dr. In pineville la. Thank you for always making sure my children were treated to the best of your ability :)

It is a good place i had my son going to a dr in alexandria and when I found out about this place I moved him over here and he loves his dr and now have my new baby boy that is 3 months and 6days old there. They get us in and out quilty and safely.

The staff is amazing! The facility is very clean and well run. We aren’t ever there long, and the care they give my family is incredible and very personable. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
