Brought my wife’s 2015 Durango for repair on March 14th. What should have been a day to 2 day repair took 2 weeks to repair due to parts availability. Mickey Davis went above/beyond to get the parts needed to complete the repair just in time for our vacation starting Easter weekend. I also manage a repair facility and it’s tough finding good honest people in this business today. It was good to meet someone who thinks/operates as I do my own business. Went to pick up Durango today and what Mickey did for us I was not even expecting or even thinking about it. Can’t thank you and the dealership enough. I do believe this will be my dealership from now on. Looking forward to doing business again!
