Dr. Winchester and staff are fabulous. The office is welcoming and everyone is kind & friendly. Dr. Winchester is awesome, he doesn’t push you into unnecessary treatment. He’s straight forward, explains all the options and helps you choose what’s best. He’s down to earth, listens and stands behind his work. The staff is extremely polite and efficient. Overall, best dentist office EVER!

I started going to Winchester about a year ago. Staff is always friendly. But the best part was me not being approved for my new partials and the ladies worked extra hard to get them approved. I ended up having to pay cash and to be honest with it. Dr Winchester took my bite down to make sure they close and align with my teeth. He matched them to my teeth color and sized them with a trail pair to ensure it will fit when the original comes. Let’s just say previous dental did not do none of that with first pair. The first pair were silver clips. This pair match my gums. I’ll be able to smile with confidence soon. Thank you

I use to be extremely afraid of the dentist and barely went but now after meeting Winchester and the whole staff, have changed that for me! I actually look forward to going and making my teeth better. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet and if you need in for an emergency they get you in super fast! My teeth have never felt or looked better. I’m so grateful to have met this team!!

I have been going to Dr. Winchester for over 20 years. He and his staff are great. They always follow up after procedures and are very good about working you into their schedule if you have an emergency.

Love them. I felt like a real person and not a problem causer or inconvenience when I came with a bunch of problems. My issues aren't resolved yet with my dental health but we're working on getting there.

I have had a lot of dental work in my day, and my experience so far with Dr Winchester has been great. The staff is friendly, and he is really easy to talk to. He explains what he is doing, and it really feels as though he cares about and enjoys helping people feel at ease with dental care.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Winchester and his staff!!! I called due to being is severe pain and not being able to sleep. They got me in right away. The assistant named Jay was so amazing. She could tell I was nervous (last dentist experience was horrible) she say there and talked to me like we were friends and known each other for years!!! She really helped me calm my nerves. Dr. Winchester came in and told me that everything was going to be okay. He even apologized for the way my last dentist treated me!!! I haven't been to the dentist I years due to anxiety and fear, now I'm ready to go back and get my teeth back on the healthier side!! From the receptionist on the phone to all of the assistants and the dentist even to the last assistant that took my payment ( more than what I had on me but yet she didn't look at me any different) this was the best dental experience EVER!!! THANK YOU DR. WINCHESTER AND EVERY ONE THAT WORKS THERE. ESPECIALLY JAY THE ASSISTANT THAT MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY!!!

I found Dr. Winchester through google. And the reviews are right! The office is so clean and Everyone from the front desk to the dental hygienist to Dr. Winchester, they’re all wonderful! Aimee did my cleaning, she is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I’m taking my whole family here from now on. It’s also a plus that they are in network with our current dental insurance, Ameritas.

Great atmosphere! Dr. Winchester was fantastic. He saved one of my teeth from where I had a root canal done. Professional, helpful and great at what he does, Staff was a great help as well! Very nice visit. Highly recommend!

LOVE this place! I was having horribly pain (impacted wisdom teeth) and I was able to get in without a problem. My appt was at 10 a.m. and surprisingly enough I was done and heading home within about 30 minutes! The staff is wonderful, very nice and very friendly. The office and waiting room were immaculate. I have never been a fan of dentists, I had a terrible one when I was younger, but I was immediately at ease with Dr. James Winchester. He was very honest and to the point without being rude or condescending. I really enjoyed the nurse that I had too, funny and very welcoming. Even though I was in pain I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I look forward to my regular cleaning appointments now!

We received great care Winchester Family dentistry! We were patients there from 2010-2014 then again in 2016-2019 and if the army sends us back to Benning my family will continue dental care there again! Dr Winchester and staff are exceptional providers and truly care about their patients!

Best place I have ever gotten my teeth taken care of! Going to miss them when I move away! Dr.Winchester is the best. He doesn’t give you unnecessary procedures and if he can find a way to save your teeth he will do it! The staff and hygienists are amazing as well!

I have been a patient of Dr. Winchester's for many years and I have found him to be a Professional, who has a Warm demeanor, a Kind heart. I have Soo much Faith in his work. His staff is just as Courteous as he, and I was so impressed by Heather who answered the phone and discussed my situation and options for an appointment without dental insurance. I had not been there in about 7 yrs for lack of insurance. My gums were bleeding and swollen, I am also diabetic, and I was terribly afraid of losing a tooth. She assured me that a Cleaning was absolutely necessary soon, but encouraged me to continue brushing 3x daily, and flossing after each meal. Just speaking with her eased my fears, and I can't wait thank her in person.

I love this place and recommend them to all of my friends. They're always very courteous and take great care of me and my family. A friend actually convinced me to come here after I had a broken bridge and was in dire need of a dentist. I had neglected my teeth for the better part of a decade and was very apprehensive about seeing anyone, but was forced to do so. Dr. Winchester and his staff were very considerate and helped me put together a plan to get my dental health back on track. It's been a long road, but I'm in better shape now than I've been in a long time.

The dentist staff are super friendly and understanding. They let me have my one year old come with me to get my exam done. I don’t know of any other office that would allow that. The dentist explains everything in a way you can understand, I always enjoy our conversations. I highly recommend this location for all your dentistry needs.

I came today for a second opinion after being told that I needed three crowns and had periodontal disease by Riverchase Dental in Phenix City. I was shocked to hear that none of this was true. Dr. Winchester and his staff retook x rays at their office and scheduled me for a normal cleaning in six months. He did not charge for my appointment today. I am so thankful I decided to get a second opinion saving myself over $1000. The friendly and honest staff made me feel so comfortable. I have found my new “home” for a dentist!

I'm very keen when it comes to my teeth... But when I tell you Dr Winchester and his staff provides A1 Service... I mean it hands down. I've been with them for the last 8 years and will never go to another!!!

If you like being treated like a lifelong friend, this is the place to go! Unbelievable how comfortable I feel whenever I'm at Dr Winchester's. I pray God continues to bless Dr Winchester with a talented and friendly staff. 🙏
