I had a lot of anxiety as I have not had good visits with the dentist in the past with other providers. Caralyn made me feel so comfortable I didn’t even break a sweat (which I normally do when I panic). I was never in any pain. She was extremely knowledgeable and educated me with everything that she did. 5/5 would recommend to the most anxious people around. Thank you for your help today.

This was my first time coming here but the staff were very friendly and courteous. They made me feel like I was a decades old regular. The service was fast and professional they answered all of my questions, and they were very accommodating to my schedule for the next visit.

Looking forward to visiting again.

The Dental clinic was recommended to me by a colleague of mine and I really liked their service and the communication process.
They give a sense of family and community belonging which is very important for patients. And communication process is important to make sure that the service is correct to the patient and his/her payment options. Since I have used them I have personally recommended them to a few of my friends in the community.

My previous dentist office is now out of network with my insurance and I was nervous about finding another dental provider. I am so glad I found Chattahoochee Valley Dental. Such a welcoming Staff! Everyone has such a warm and bubbly spirit. The office is clean & the decor is beautiful! So glad I’ve became an established patient. They are GREAT!

Great dental practice. Everyone is pleasant. Appointments seem to always be on schedule. Building is new and fresh. My hygienist, Ashley, is great. Both dentist take their time with you.

This was one of the most professional and inviting dental office visits I've ever experienced. Initial intake, service rendered, (Ashley) is a very good hygienist., to check out. Dr. Michael was very attentive to my concerns and plans we're both of our decisions. Hands down The Best Dental office this side of the Chattahoochee!

This was my first visit and I had the best experience! When I first scheduled my appointment, I spoke with Ms. Janett and she has to be the sweetest person I've ever spoken with. Originally I wasn't able to schedule an appointment as soon as I'd hoped, but Ms. Janett assured me if anything opened up she would give me a call and she did!! I was so happy to have gotten in weeks before my original appointment. When I arrived at the office I was greeted by everyone and shortly called back. My hygienist was Ms. Helena and she was amazing!! She was very kind and thorough. She made sure to explain everything to me and answer my questions. I was nervous about going to the dentist, because I hadn't been in a while, but Ms. Helena made me feel very comfortable. Speaking with Dr. Tina was just as great! She, too, was very kind and made me feel optimistic about my treatment plan. Honestly, this is the best dentist office I've been too and I will definitely be returning and recommending you all to my friends and family. Thank you to all the sweet women working so diligently in this office, I look forward to my next visit!!

ONE OF THE BEST CLEANINGS I HAVE HAD! THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. MY DENTIST WAS VERY THOROUGH . I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ENTIRE OPERATION, WILL BE GOING BACK FOR ALL MY DENTAL NEEDS.

I had the best experience that anyone in my situation could have asked for. I have a very complicated oral surgery history causing lot of issues finding the right nerves to deaden. After I explained my history, Dr. Christina Cox was very familiar with my procedure. She took time to explain very clearly what was going on with the nerves in my mouth and why she had to numb various areas of my mouth. I really appreciated her listening to understand and demonstrating the kind of care most patients wish for…compassion and care. She has the best manners and positive attitude you could hope for. In fact, the entire office makes you feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated.

I feel like I'm with family anytime I go there. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. I usually see Dr. Tina because her schedule and my work schedule go hand in hand. I can't say enough good things about her. She's really cares about her patient's. Dr. Mike is also great and a very caring dentist. My hygienist Heather does a great job taking care of us and she's always pleasant. With all of the wonderful people there, my son and I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our oral health.

Dr. Mike and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful and comfortable. The systems used are state of the art. Tracy was so patient and kind when I called to ask questions and make my first appointment. Helena, my Dental Hygienist, is very thorough and easy to talk to. Dr. Mike seems to be the conservative dentist I've been searching for; not over treating and doing unnecessary, costly procedures. I highly recommend Chattahoochee Valley Dental.

Had two anterior crowns replaced here and they were both beautiful! Friendly staff and cozy office.

I had dental work done on Tuesday and the staff was amazing. The staff took care of me from the time I entered the building until I left. I highly recommend Dr. Mike Cox and Carolyn if you plan to get work done. Thanks so much for your A+ service

Staff is very professional and go out of their way to help me be comfortable. I hate going to the dentist even for just a cleaning but since they know that, they get the work done on me asap. No chitchat with the instruments in my mouth, task is done and I’m on my way! I love that!

Let me tell you this place is a life saver! I called and was able to get an emergency appointment almost right away. After I called and showed up to almost 20 other offices that claimed to do walk-in emergencies. They saved me an 800 mile trip back to my home town for service because that’s where I was headed… either that or a home extraction! The staff was so sweet and caring and as gentle as they could be even though I did cry like a baby through the X-rays from the pain I was in . Even though I left in pain I also left with a new feeling of hope… If I could give an award for best customer care and service I would…. This was the absolute BEST experience I’ve had since moving here 2 1/2 years ago…
