Dr. Cryer and his staff were a life saver! They were able to see me for an emergency visit on a Saturday. Everyone was very professional and took the time to walk me through the procedures and explain exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. Highly recommend!

I went in for terrible pain from a tooth. Within an hour of my appointment time my tooth had been surgically removed, prescriptions written and ready. The most efficient office I’ve ever been to dentistry or otherwise. The staff and doctor are very kind and professional.

Just as awesome as it could be. I cnt say enough about how fabulous Dr Cryer and his staff are. I had huge anxiety and Dr Cryer being the professional that he is really kept the situation calm and cool. The place is super clean and welcoming. So fast and painless too!!! Wow!!! The beautiful lady up front was just as friendly as she could be and the young man, maybe the dental tech, just completely professional on every level. I had been to two other dentists who I was not exactly happy with but man I was completely happy with them. I will be returning to get my beautiful smile from Dr Cryer and his fabulous staff!! Thank you soooo much!!!

I’m was a little nervous about going but I was having awful pain from a broken tooth.Went in Tuesday he did my X-rays and explained what had to be done. Went in today to get 2 teeth removed from the back of mouth he continuously made sure I wasn’t not feeling any pain and explained what he was doing as he did it. They made me feel really comfortable great people skills. Overall great experience. Also a plus they having a finance company for things that are costly with good rates. Also front desk was nice and able to answer my question. I will be back thank you all. May look like a chipmunk for today but the teeth are out

Nobody wants a root canal but if you’re going to have one done, this is the place. From knowing I needed one done to it being done was less than a week. Pretty short wait time in my books. I’m an anxiety riddled person when it comes to the dentist but this experience was one of the best I’ve had in my adult life. 10/10 definitely recommend.

One of the best dental experience I've had in many years. I called about having a tooth extraction and was given a appointment the very next day at 9:30am. Extraction was excellent! NO PAIN!! Everyone in the office was very warm welcoming and polite. I will definitely refer family, friends, or anyone who is in need of a dentist to their office.

Like many, I had a prior, traumatic dental experience. Needless to say, I was terrified, absolutely shaken lol. The outcome? Read on to find out!

I'd spent about two months trying to find an in-network provider that wasn't booked until April, to no avail. Having gone to an urgent care for relief, a staff member recommended Dr. Cryer and said he'd take of me. I called and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. I visited the office as a new patient, needing serious help. In all my terror, I honestly felt as ease before I even met the provider. His staff was professional, yet calm and relatable; they made me laugh and were really good at taking my mind off of being anxious. I wasn't able to have any work done that day, but that didn't stop Dr. Cryer or his staff; they offered me another appointment for the coming Saturday! I was shocked, and so glad.

My nerves had really gotten to me the day of, but Dr. Cryer and his awesome hygienist (a really funny, kind, compassionate guy) made me feel heard and comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. It was over before I knew it and took less than an hour! And let me just say that what I needed done would've probably taken another provider a lot longer to complete.

I'm just so thankful and relieved lol. My fears are put to rest! I can't express enough gratitude to Dr. Cryer and staff.

If you're anything like me and can't bear the thought of going to the dentist, call this office. You won't be disappointed.

The staff and Dr Cryer are so kind. The office is clean. They have a third party company that makes it easy to set up payment plan for what your insurance doesn’t cover. A great plan for someone who gets nervous at dentist.

I want everyone to know the great review I had with Dr Cryer DDS 3311 Gentian Blvd Columbus Ga. I was having swelling and a lot of pain with my front tooth. I called a lot of Dentist in Columbus to find a dentist in my network. No luck at all. My insurance company told me about this Dr Cryer and I called and the sweet receptionist got me in the next day to get checked. Everyone in this office I fell in love with. So sweet and cares for the patient. Dr Cryer was so easy and didn’t hurt me at all. He even did my procedure on a Sunday morning. That was amazing to me how much he cares for his patients. Took my Eldest son to him today after trying so hard to find a dentist in Columbus that accepts Adult disability Georgia medicaid. He was kind, professional and talked to me about what he needed done . The front office was was welcoming and nice. If you want a dentist who is kind and patient and knowledgeable I'd go to Dr. Cryer.

Wow Dr Linkston didn't mess around! Didn't half way patch up didn't kick the can down the road. Just plain and simple told me the truth and did what was right to fix my crumbling teeth. Plain simple the facts the end.

Dr. Cryer and his entire staff are so professional and do a wonderful job of making you feel at ease, because let's be honest nobody likes the dentist (Sorry, Dr. Cryer). I had a dental emergency in the middle of the day one day, and they were able to see me right away. I have anxiety and severely when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Cryer was so comforting and reassuring throughout the whole process. He Constantly checked to see if I was okay and also is very good at reading body language (he could tell when I could start feeling something and would stop and give me more novacaine). I was honestly shocked when I came to give him a review to find his rating was so low. The office is very clean and they have been nothing but nice to me. All I can recommend is for you to go to him yourself and make your own mind up about them. You won't be disappointed. He is now my full time dentist. I couldn't be happier with the services I've received.

Office was clean and staff was nice and welcoming .. they couldn't do my extraction but he did refer me to an orthodontist .. I wish he could have done it for me . Very comfortable setting . And chill staff ☺ I would definitely recommend them !

I went here when they first opened. Had a bad toothache with cavity just eating it up. It was so painful I couldn't eat or sleep. I got there before they even opened in the morning Lol. They got me in fast and did an excellent and painless job. Awe, it felt good when they got it all out, so relieved. I didn't have insurance and the price was right. Totally support this dentistry, 5 star rating definitely.

So it's new years eve eve and every dentist is closed. I found Dr Cryer. Absolutely wonderful. He meet me at the office and just jumped in to make sure I was not in pain while he did the extractions. Highly recommend him!!!

Dr.Cryer took his time and he got the job done right will go back.When I went in I feeled very scared,embarrassed an uncomfortable with my smile because so many decays and teeth that need to be removed. Dr.Cryer and his staff welcome you an helped made you feel very confident an comfortable. I went here today to get a tooth pulled. These guys are great, at least they were to me. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are for. But I had a good visit. He numbed up the area and when I said I could still feel it, he stopped and applied more until I didn't feel it. Noticed I'm not the most comfortable with dentists and would make sure I'm okay every now and then. I would definitely go back to these guys. They also educated me on some stuff I didn't know about. A+ service. Staff is also quite friendly.
