US Service Animals

Super easy to use and not all automated. I spoke to a real therapist who seemed genuinely interested in me and my life and wanted to help me register my ESA. Also Chris the representative who called me was so nice and helpful! Highly recommend.

My husband is disabled & needed to be “housed” in a motel for several days while we were in the process of moving. Having the cat registered as an emotional support animal enabled this process to go smoothly; having the cat to provide support during this unsettling time.
Renewing the registration will enable the next move go smoothly as well (building a house in the country- will need to be “housed” in a motel again during the final move.

Theresa was an absolute gem to work with and made the ESA process easy. She clarified everything, worked quickly, and broke down everything that we needed. Simple, quick process and such a kind, helpful service agent. Recommend 10/10. Worth every penny

I would like to commend Daniel M., in Customer Service. He was incredibly helpful. I found him to be patient and interactive in his efforts to clearly understand my needs. He was also very knowledgeable - ensuring that I understood the difference between a service animal and a support animal. Lastly, he is very personable. I enjoyed our conversation.

I bought the service, but refunded it for financial reasons, however, the people i talked to were incredibly nice. Especially Chris at customer support, give that man a damn raise. Responded incredibly quick, very professional, and very helpful. Understood my situation and made my day 100x better. I hope you never get in the shower before it’s warm enough, hope you never forget to charge your phone before u go to bed, hope your pet(if u have one) lives healthily forever. what a mf guy🤝

I needed to bring my dog to work with me to keep me calm as he helps my anxiety. I called the number and within 10 mins I had all the paperwork I needed and am now able to take him with me. I still haven't received the hard copies but I was able to print up what they gave me and send it to my work and brought him in the same day. All my supplies for him come from Amazon.

These guys came in clutch. First apt I was moving to was fine with just the ESA letter but the second apt I was looking at and decided on needed an additional letter from a provider before I signed the lease or else I’d have to pay the $500 per pet fee. The clutch factor came in where I needed it in less than 3 days and US service animals were able to get it to me in 2.

Everyone I spoke to were good listeners and didn’t bombard you with other services and actually helped you with what you needed.

You guys saved me in a time crunch and saved me $1000 (500 for each of my cats)

With the help of Kelsey, I was able to keep my Rottweiler Luthien. I adopted her from a shelter January 19th 2024. She means the world to me. With Luthien, I'm never in that dark space where i used to be. She may not be able to communicate verbally, but she's the best companion that I could ever have. From my first call I was given full information of this service. All my questions were answered all the information I needed fulfilled.
I signed in and withen 2 days I spoke to a doctor , she made me feel at ease. I received a statement from her withen 24 hours. Quality Service!

Such a great company. Was wanting to make my dog an esa and from the time I paid to the time I was contacted by a licensed therapist was maybe 2 hours. (I did pay the $30 to make it faster.) but had the letter within 3 hours of first going on website. Apartment approved the letter so I was able to keep my dog. So thankful :))

My chorkie, Sunday, was already doing a stellar job keeping me emotionally secure and accountable before I learned of the many benefits of employing him as a service animal. I'm sure he will continue to excel in his new career, and now with the help of US Service Animals to guide us. Thank you!

Thank you both Krystal and Theresa for helping with the my purchases and easing my mind. My apartment complex is wanting to get rid of my baby Cookie cause she is classified as an “aggressive breed”, even thou she is gentle with literally every thing. Theresa took me through the steps on what was needed of me and to be aware of what is next. As I was awaiting for a call today by the doctor consult. I began to worry as most places and doctors offices close are 5pm est. I called back in to inform I had not yet received a call and Krystal insured me and put my mind at ease as the doctors office did not close until 8 p.m. Cookie and I are thankful we found you guys.

US service animals has been a blessing for me as I struggled to try and find a way to get through personal challenges all while trying to find a way to keep my dog Frankie with me. She has been a wonderful companion and because of US Service Animals, I was able to get the help I needed as well as find a home where my little girl was allowed to live with me.

Nike was very helpful and gave me a lot of great information. The process went smoothly and fast as well.

So far I am very pleased with US service animals. Everyone has been very helpful and supportive. I like that the program works individually with each dog at their own pace.

Hi, I'm Diamond sometime leaving my furry friends behind was like a person leaving there child behind because I'm 61 years old and I love my furry babies and their like My children and they are very respectful. When they want to go to someone they look at me and I give them the okay. My animals are very well trained and not yappers unless something is wrong. US service has made this a world of difference for me. I give you 100%. Thank you US service and God bless

We had a very good experience making our Lady an emotional support animal. She's really the one who needs support, since she has never been anywhere but home without us. And since she can come with us now, I can enjoy my first grandson's wedding without worry about her.
