Just had an amazing dinner- 1st time there and it was delicious!! Came in and got a free taste of brisket and wow it was fabulous!! We got the 3 slider brisket sandwiches with coleslaw!!! FABULOUS!!!! Portions were big, onion rings and hush puppies were so so good!! Price and service GREAT!! The wonderful lady who waited on us was as sweet as can be!!! Thank you so much we WILL be back!!!!

It was such a cute spot, felt like home. Welcoming. Took my order promptly and the food was delicious hot dogs pulled pork fries were delicious ❤ also had great desserts we had a brownie that was to die for and took home a cookie and marshmallow treat for my kids.

Man the food was delicious!! I will be returning to this restaurant. A hidden gem!! Melt in your mouth meats.

Man what not to say. Family owned and family fun. They are great people that make great BBQ. Had the brisket tacos and fries. ALL their dessert 🍨 are to die for. Eclair cake, home made Nanna pudding. Great sausage link or in a bun for a good price. Green beans are like maw maw makes with ham juice. Man just a great place love going in the summer after being on the water all day.

Absolutely legendary BBQ. Everything is delicious and cooked perfectly, the sides are amazing. It's a must stop, you have to try it. Great people too! Everything is gluten-free (including the sauce) except the hush-puppies (obviously).

This is a little smokehouse doing big things!!! I tried the sampler platter and everything ranked up in the top three that I’ve ever had, including a few items taking the number one spot. Besides the food being extraordinary, the staff makes you feel right at home. Everyone there was extremely hospitable, including their little helpers. Decor makes you feel like you are eating at home. No doubt I’ll be returning!

Small little hide a way but some of the best BBQ I've had. Also some of the best hushpuppies I've had as well. 100% will be going back and bringing more people along!

This place is awesome! The hush puppies were incredible and come with any portion of the meat. Sausage was moist and deeply flavorful, and we loved the ribs and pulled pork. And the service was fantastic—the servers were attentive but not overbearing, and very sweet. And they brought us extra hush puppies since we were two sharing a platter for 1. Nice, down-home atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.

Great food, Friendly service but not overboard. They sincerely were happy I chose to eat at Caino's. Very clean also.

Sooo impressed with this resturaunt. Perfectly placed off the beaten path. Just what we wanted. The food was like a miracle happening in your mouth! So so beyond worth it.
From the first step through the door it felt like home.
We ordered the large flounder basket with baked beans and cole slaw and the large shrimp basket with french fries and mac and cheese with a dozen of hush puppies. We loved every bite we could muster. Wonderful place! The mac and cheese was phenomenal, so good we ordered some to go.
We have put it on our must stops for our future vacations.

We love Cainos. The family run restaurant goes above and beyond to accommodate orders and they have so much patience for questions. We continue to support them!

Caino's BBQ is outstanding! It's the little gem on the inter-coastal waterway! Worth going off the beaten path! Family owned and operated! My husband had the brisket and shrimp special and I had the Grilled Creaker! Absolutely delicious! Get alllll the Pappy sauce you can!

Family owned and superb food and service. You must try their brisket fries. They leave you craving more because they are that delicious!

We frequent AB and EI and were looking for something different aside from the seafood restaurants on the strip that are seemingly carbon copies of each other. We found Caino's and will definitely be returning! Southern hospitality, great service, wonderful small town vibes, and the food was on point! If you've never been, get the brisket. Best brisket I've ever put on my jaw. Sides are all homemade and hold up to the richness of the meats. What a wonderful hidden gem!

Best Brisket in North Carolina made with love. They make almost everything by hand here. Their Smoked Chicken and Sausage are off the chain good.....Homemade Collards, Mac n Cheese, Beans, Banana Pudding, Peach Cobbler, Hush Puppies and Sooooo Much more. PS their Iced tea is delicious tooooo

Banging BBQ. The ribs and brisket were my favorites. They had a great smoke ring and flavor. Their sauces are great too. Also, the employees are extremely friendly. One of the best BBQ joints I have been to. It is definitely better than the garbage Lexington style BBQ joints I have been to.

I've heard so much about this place... ALL GOOD, I was not disappointed at all. Owners very Friendly and welcoming!

The BBQ here is the right amount of smokey, juicy, and heavenly meatiness! And their sides stand up to the meats! The hush puppies and beans are my favorites. And don't forget the Pappy sauce! The staff always goes above and beyond for us whenever we have been there. Out of the way, but 1,000% worth the drive.
