Tri-State Animal ER

My dog was really sick and it was 2 days before Christmas and no one in a hundred miles could get him in to see him! They took him! They explained all the procedures and costs up front and did expect payment up front but what veterinarian doesn’t? Very friendly and helpful! If it wasn’t for this place, my puppy wouldn’t be here today! And the cost was much better than expected for parvo! Thank you all for the attention, quick actions and taking care of my puppy! He’s back to himself and is 100%! When I picked him up, he came out wagging his tail, peppy and excited! I cannot express how grateful that I am that place is here for our animals! I still have my baby bc of them! Every other vet around us, from southern Ohio to central Ohio, etc wouldn’t take him due to being booked up or no vet. They cared enough to take him when no one else would! Thank you again for saving my baby puppy! We would not have had a good Christmas without him!

We woke up to our 4.5 year old collie mix unable to stand on her own on a Sunday and rushed to this ER.

We were quickly taken back to have her checked out and they ran a Lyme disease test immediately, giving us a chance to try out a cheaper option before doing x-rays.

Our pup came back positive for Lyme disease and the vet was very informative and helpful in understand her diagnosis and how to help her, and sent all the information over to our vet. Within a day she felt much better and back to her regular self :)

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion we received from Nikki Daniels and the entire team at Tri-State Animal Care. When my husband arrived with our very sick German Shepherd, the immediate response with a gurney and a pink princess blanket set the tone for the incredible level of empathy and professionalism he experienced.
Nikki treated our beloved dog with such tenderness and love, as if she were their own. Despite the heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep, Nikki guided him through every step with patience and understanding. The keepsake print of her nose and paw that we received is a touching reminder of the care and attention to detail that clinic provides.
What struck him most was the warm and comforting atmosphere of the clinic, even during such a difficult time. Thank you to Nikki and the entire team for making a heartbreaking experience a little more bearable with your kindness and expertise.

This place went above and beyond to give my pup and my family comfort during an extremely difficult time. Special thanks to Nikki Daniels for going the extra mile to make my pup's final hours as comfortable as they possibly could have been.

I can say with absolute confidence they performed the procedure in a way where our girl felt no pain or fear. I can't thank them enough for everything they did.

Very thorough & very helpful. My baby girl was in & out in under 2 hours, including bloodwork & ear swab. Treated with so much love & care! They do take care credit which is very good for emergencies. Very affordable to be an emergency vet, will definitely return there again if something happens.

They got my cat in fast and were able to diagnose the issue. Although treatment required an extraction that the clinic couldn’t do, they gave him meds that helped hold us over until could get into his vet to do the surgery.

Very thankful for this service. With it being a weekend, there was literally no where else to take my animal and it couldn’t wait until Monday. Thankful for the staff that spends their weekends and overnight hours providing this much needed service that no doubt saves many animals life’s.

They were professional and courteous. The cat I took in was in bad shape and there was no chance of recovery. They euthanized her for me .

Wish I could give 6 stars! I was absolutely terrified to bring my dog here because of some of the reviews, HOWEVER, I really didn't have any choice, my dog ended up ripping his nail out and broke a second one in the process of getting him there.

I could not have been more happier with the care that my dog and I received. The vet was super friendly, all the techs were amazing and very kind- everyone kept me informed on what was going on and exactly how much it would cost. My only stipulation which kind of took my by surprise was that they don't let owners back with your animal but I’m just assuming it is because of the other pets back there. I just want to say thank you so so much and I am so grateful for the care provided.

Very nice workers there to begin with, we brought Bernard in due to his paw was hurt a bit, so we thought it was broken or injured. Come to find out nothing happened bad to it. It was just a minor sore on it and sprained a lil. He's doing well Now. Thanks guys for the help!

Went there to put my fiancée’s injured dog down they handled it well, and with care. We appreciate how they helped us during a tough situation

On top of that, Fred Kitchen at Furever Friends Pet Cremation Services did an excellent job at quickly responding to us to cremate and also offered a paw print urn that was beautiful to remember the dog by!

I have to say. If you ever find yourself in need of animal er.
You want compassion, you want that person who your trusting with most important family members to go the distance help your furbaby, are the nicest staff.

The staff at Tri-State Animal ER were so caring and supportive when my dog had an accident and had to be put to sleep.
They treated her with care and assisted in one of the toughest decisions i've had to make. I recommend them for their care, especially due to the fact they're open hours that other places are closed.
I also recommend Furever Friends Pet Cremation Services in East Pea Ridge, that helped with the cremation of my sweet girl.
Their support and care through the whole process is beyond words, they assisted with the whole process and made the whole situation easier to handle, they truly understood how much my dog meant to me, and helped me create a keepsake memory of my girl.

Highly recommend this place! My Puppy (a 7mo old golden retriever) had parvo and was completely lethargic. She didn’t have the energy to move. I really thought that she was going to pass away by the time I got her to the ER. I was so upset and scared to death, but the entire staff were so helpful and kind that it made me feel reassured about leaving her there over the weekend to be treated. I called to check on her twice a day and everyone that I spoke to was so informative and helpful! Now my puppy is home and has made a full recovery! I absolutely love this place and will always come here for any emergencies concerning my dogs!

Excellent care for my little dog in an emergency! Staff was polite and caring. Definitely expensive but it is after hours emergency treatment so no more that expected. I will definitely use this emergency service in the unfortunate event I need it

We're very appreciative of Tri-State Animal ER for offering the hours they do. One of our cats had suddenly gotten sick and dehydrated where we got worried when we noticed. The process to be seen is very straight forward, and we felt like they were thorough and efficient. Staff are friendly and explain what options you have on site. The vet we saw was also very sincere, explained the results we got, and followed up with treatment that helped correct our cats issues.

I cannot praise them enough!! I recently found a 3 week old kitten and was so worried it wasn’t going to make it or that I wasn’t caring for it properly. I didn’t want to trust just the word of the Internet on what to do and all vets were closed. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were super caring and professional to my kitten with making sure everything was okay with her. They were quick to get her back and very upfront about costs. I had a great experience!

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Did a great job taking care of our Max after he ingested a wild mushroom. The bill was better than I expected for an emergency veterinarian hospital. Highly recommend

I went because my sugar glider got a string caught in his teeth. I couldn't get it out and he was going to hurt himself trying. I was there for about 10 minutes and they fixed the problem.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very understanding and willing to work with my family. I felt confident in the expertise of the vet and staff.

This place is quite literally a lifesaver. If not for them, my fur baby would be gone. They provide emergency services and i, for one am grateful they are in our community.
