I frequent Huntington, WV and always rent my cars at Budget at the HTS airport. I am always greeted by Melody Thompson and she is truly a joy to work with. She is pleasant, helpful, kind and professional. My car is always clean and ready to go and she gets me on my way without delay. Melody monitors all the details carefully and corrects situations before it ever affects the customer. Good help is hard to find and Budget has a real Gem representing them in Huntington.
