National Car Rental

I am not satisfied with this location. I am given a hard time every time I come to this location about my flight time and they do not have cars. Always pushing their Mini Vans. I was delayed and the entire flight was delayed yet i was the only passenger penalized stating I did not call. Nobody had called and several of my colleagues were on the flight. I am executive elite and always use National. I feel as if I am being targeted and it is really unfortunate.

We picked up the car at 4:15 pm and returned at 4:28pm. They charge us for extra one hour for 13 minutes delay. We stopped to refill the gas and we filled up full tank. They still charged us for gas as well. Never recommend this place.
