The staff is always smiling, friendly and helpful. I took my 8 yr old son for his first cleaning. He was very anxious. I went to get my cleaning, the same day and they took him to a separate room. They were gentle and communicated to him so well, he was very happy when it was over. He felt no pain, even when taking x-rays. So impressed with this place. Will be back! Highly recommend.

Entire staff is great! You are greeted with a warm friendly smile. Wait time to receiving service is very minimal. Once your escorted back you receive immediate attention. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I've always had a great experience. I want to thank everyone for being professional in their work, having a caring attitude and making me feel like family. Going there more than 15 years. Got most of my grandchildren seen there too. They made my partials that fit comfortably. Highly recommend!

My twins are deathly terrified of the dentist. It has taken until they were 5-6 y/o before they'd even cooperate with having their teeth cleaned regularly, which caused several areas of concern orally as you could imagine having waited. When they finally started going to our primary dentist it was discovered that there was a couple places that were going to need immediate attention in order to salvage some of the baby teeth they needed to keep until their preteen years. At that point neither twin was compliant with even having x-rays dome st our primary dentist's office so we were referred to Pelehatchie to Doctor Bradley Williams' team. Immediately they got them in & when we arrived for the consult at their office there wasn't a wait. We were in abd out in less than an hour with oral procedures & sedation set for a couple weeks out. Everything went great. We took the twins to MAC Center in Forest which is a very nice & new facility offering outpatient services. We got there a little late that morning (around 730a) which wasn't a problem & was headed home by 2pm. Kristen (Dr Bradley's Office) is awesome , she explains everything very thoroughly and doesnt stand arouns wasting time. The Lackey employees at the MAC Center that tool care of the babies before & after their procedures were phenomenal, & so was the anesthesiologist who was able to talk my son in to going with him when 5 seconds before he walked in the door, my son was talking about bolting & waiting to go home. They even saved the twins teeth for them in cute little tooth saver containers & identified some areas of concern with my twin girl & how small her palette is & lack of room so as to prevent further issues & a more painful experience down the road advise that we go ahead & schedule an appointment to have her looked at by an orthodontist. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome! As always. Everyone is always nice. The lady that did my cleaning was great. She was so sweet and explained everything to me. My boys and I love coming here.
