Even at 6:30 in the morning. On my way to I very long distance trip.. This store was clean open and friendly. The staff is fantastic management is wonderful. I will be stopping on my way through every two weeks. God bless you and your staff.

I went to this McDonald's on lunch today and it was bar far the BEST experience I have ever had. The restaurant was clean and the employees were amazing, there are 2 particular employees I want to brag on Khyree and Corey. Those 2 young men were so observant to all the guest. They went around made sure everyone was taken care of. I can't say enough about them. I will definitely come back and those young men deserve something special for the way they treated everyone. Thank you Khyree and Corey God bless you

We came through the drive through around 11pm on 12/8 and was shown great customer service by Brianna. There was a small issue with our order but Brianna was super sweet and fixed it along with apologizing about our small wait. We are new to the area and will definitely be back.

Hit Micky D's early this a.m. Feb 17 2022 around 5:15. I think they were short staffed because I had a bit of a wait in the drive thru. I was very happy as my breakfast was hot & fresh. Got the 4.39 deal for 2. Hot & fresh in most Shelby fast food places is rare so this was a treat for a change. Good job Micky D's 5 star service this morning!

It wasn't too busy but I took a long time before they were ready to take my order. I ordered 2 strawberry pies, they said it would be 12 min wait on them( they were ready by the time I pulled up to the window) . When they gave me the food they left out the pies. I told the worker she apologized and got them for me. The food was all hot and fresh!

It's packed always sometimes its bad other times u will get good food and fresh food/drinks/ice creams just depends on who you get really.

Great food, clean and above and beyond in service for making a pot of coffee for me. Thank you

The service here is always good. The employees are friendly & it's kept clean. The food is the right temperature when you get it. It hasn't been sitting around for hours. I'm usually here 2x/ week when traveling. They have the best iced coffee!!! Use the app for big savings.

I got a happy meal with cheese and tomatoes. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. And fast too! Fresh fries and I ordered in store to go.

There was quite a few people in front of me and drive-thru, but they managed to get through them really quick. My food was excellent and the customer service was excellent.

McDonald's always have it your way all in all McDonald's is always been a great place Good deals good food nice staff clean restaurant child friendly with their children's play area. Don't let me forget to mention the restrooms that are also very clean and kept up to cleanliness.

This location has always been accurate and fast. Never gotten cold food yet.

Night shift of Shelby 24/7 McDonald's @ the Intersection on 74! Y'all got it down to a science! When I pulled up yall had a line wrapped around the building. We got through the whole line in less than 5 minutes! I am an Assistant Manager at a restaurant in Lincolnton. I know how it all goes. Let me say y'all r awesome and keep up the good work. I was impressed!

The crew working Sunday June 12th around 6:30 am killed it 🙌. I pulled up, immediately had my order taken, paid and before I even made it to the second window they had my bag hanging out the window ready to go. The food was on point 👌 That chicken mcgriddle is 🔥 This is how McDonald's should be! Y'all need to train the guys down the street at the mall 😆

We stopped in at this McDonald’s last week. I just wanted to say that our experience here was one of the best fast food experiences we have had in a very long time!

The cashier, I believe his name was David, was very nice, happy, friendly, and attentive. The food came out fresh, fast, and hot. Even the employees from the back that we had interactions with were very pleasant. This McDonald’s should be the benchmark that all other fast food restaurants, not just McDonald’s, should strive to become.

Hey, it's McDonald's; you expect the Ritz? Very comfortable, cozy feel. Very large screen TV. Very clean restrooms. Helpful, happy staff. No fresh coffee but they quickly made a pot. (It was late afternoon.) Drive through was under construction, but did not disrupt noon drive through services at all.

This particular McDonald's is always substantially better than most. Their dining room is currently not open to the public but the drive-thru line runs pretty quickly, foods hot and the orders always seem to be correct.

This Mc Donald's stays pretty busy so considering that I think they do pretty good job. They typically get you in and out pretty fast and keep the place pretty clean. The employees are nice as can be so I definitely recommend it.

Love eating or ordering takeouts from here. Orders always accurate. Just about every restaurant in Shelby seems to mess up take out orders. Most of the mistakes are not getting everything we order but pay for everything! BUT at the McDonalds location we’ve never had a problem. Everyone is very curtious, smiling all the time, and get my orders right! Love it. We always use this location! Recommend it to everyone!
