Every time I've been here they're always friendly and professional and do the job right. Latest time I broke down on the road. They showed up quickly and found the problem fast. Service man didn't have what he needed (electrical) so he rig the repair to get me moving. Then we headed to the shop where he repaired it properly. Very reasonable price for road call. Will stop in for any needs for my truck.

Boss truck shop in Pendleton,KY I-71 exit 28 is a good place for small repairs to your truck or trailer, in my case I went to the trailer and it was a good experience with the mechanic and at the front desk. I potentially recommend it.

Incredible shop! The staff is very friendly and go beyond to help and service whatever you need done! Thanks Kelly, Angel, and James for going to get my radiator after the wrong one was sent and going back to get the correct part to get me back on the road! Highly recommended shop!

I had to stop in durring the recent snow storms when a chunk of ice bouncing on the highway ripped off one of my airlines under the rig. I have to say I was highly impressed from the first interaction with Ashley the service rep for the shop...she was super attentive to my need to get back driving so I could continue to make money with the time I had left of my work day. There was a few trucks ahead but she took my number and had the mechanic "James" take a preliminary look at the issue. A short while later they got my rig in the shop and patched up asap....I cant say enough how appreciative I am from the way I was treated, to the pho e calls updating me on my expedited service time due to another truck canceling. Despite the weather and the brakedown they still managed to get my load delivered on time. They will deffinately be my go to when I am in the area again and deserving of a raise for their professionalism!

Was driving on a long road trip with my two young kids when the "low tire pressure" light came on. Went to three gas stations and the air pump wasn't working at any of them. Stopped by at the Boss Truck Shop, which was open even though it was 9:00 p.m. Chris filled up my tire(s) for me. Actually checked each of them too. Great service. Also nice they were open late.

I arrived for a PM and a DOT on my trailer, was told I have to wait about an hour and a half. I dont really know if they are more expensive than Petro, but you can't beat the timeliness. Get you in and out.

We had a tire failure on our camper while traveling on the interstate, near Boss Shop. We were able to get the camper to the exit and checked with Boss Shop to see if they had a tire for the camper. I spoke with Chris and he said they had a tire that would fit the camper, the price was reasonable, the service was very professional, and we were back on the road quickly. We highly recommend Boss Shop.

Did awesome by us! Broke down 40 miles North on a Friday night of Memorial Day Weekend and they came out, fixed us up within 1 hour of calling and had my crew on the road for less $$ than we expected. Awesome! Thank you.
