I went today for my first time. This place is absolutely wonderful. Ivy and Jessica had outstanding customer service. It took a team to repair what I had done less than two weeks ago at another salon. Ivy was meticulous and very particular on her work. I’ve never had such detailed work on my nails. They trimmed cuticles and underneath the nails, sanded and refilled. My nails look amazing but to me the service was even better. Thank you ladies for outstanding work !!

Brought my grandmother here for a gel manicure, it came out to $35, and she is so pleased with the quality. Her nail tech was very polite, and the color selection was plentiful.

I went today, All the people were so friendly. They have great prices. A man named JOEY gave me a pedicure OMG THE BEST I HAD IN MY LIFE. I WILL definitely be back .....Thank you to all the staff, and if u come, ask for Joey.

Henry and Ivy are awesome !!! My girlfriend drives all the way from Barboursville to Ceredo just to get her nails done there. Keep up the good work guys !!!

Love this place 💖! Usually a wait but totally worth it! Many designs and colors with awesome techniques by the staff. Definitely worth the price for the great selection and attention to detail.

Love these guys!! Makes you feel like your apart of the family an their prices are better than anyones. They always use great quality acrylic so your nails aren't constantly breaking. I wont be going anywhere else to get my nails done. You guys are stuck with me ;)

I had a bad experience with the appearance of my nails from another salon. I'm really happy with the nail techs attention to my desired look and the time he spent to achieve just what I wanted. Price was very reasonable. You have a new return customer.

I love this place. Henry, Ivy, Tam, the entire staff are wonderful. Always clean. And my nails look amazing. AND THEY LAST. Well worth the drive from way out back of Milton to Ceredo. I highly recommend Polished Nails and Spa.

I love this place!! They do such a great job and the lady doing the pedis is on point! Only bad thing is that it's hard to get in there of the evenings, even with an appointment. Never on time and only 1 lady doing pedis so it's always such a longgggggg wait!

i always go here to get my nails done they are absolutely amazing and the best people in the world even stayed over to get mine and my friends nails done for prom which was the next day
