Overcharged me by almost double. After being confronted about the situation, I was given a $100 discount... (close to 20%). If the original price was not a ripoff, how were you able to discount me $100? Obvious scam, sad because I thought these people were very nice.

picked up my daughters car for timing issue, i asked before they came if they worked on vw. they kept car for a month only to tell me they were too busy, and car would cost to much to repair, which is hard to believe when they said they stopped looking at it when they got to oil pan. owner would not return call for weeks, and every mechanic or person i talked with gave me different story. the only good thing i can say is they brought car back and didnt try to charge towing, but that is it. so unless they have no other customers or you have a fleet of vehicles i wouldnt waste my time here
