Tried calling about tires was driving using hands free, person who answered claimed they couldn’t hear me said take me off speaker phone and then just rudely hung up with out giving me the 10 seconds to switch to the phone so he could hear. This has shown me enough about their customer service

The man at the counter was the most disrespectful arrogant person I've ever seen. A lady went there and asked if they have her size tires and he said "what the hell do you think, this is a tire place" She then asked if they change brakes and he says "I don't know what you've been doing all day but I've been working, so no I'm not doing your brakes at 4 o'clock" she asked if they'd be open on Saturday and he says "yes we're open but we won't be doing your brakes". Never in my life have I seen someone stay in business with such a rude and childish person running a counter. I hope she never goes back there because i know from that encounter that I will never spend another dime there.

Beyond rude. Guess They heard me mention d&d while on the phone so I was told he wouldn't be selling me anything. Sad a grown man acted that way because they're jealous of another business. Please save your time people!

Rude and disrespectful to anyone even customers that would spend hundreds of dollars a month with them .. so you can imagine how you will be treated if your not spending thousands of dollars a year with these jacks.... save your time and frustration go down the street to D&D TIRE
