Clays Pharmacy

This pharmacy is a great pharmacy. Very clean. Very friendly staff... Makes you fill at home. Goes out of there way to help. There the only pharmacy that can keep my medication in stock. I have certain medications that no one can get and they get it for me. And they destributer has it there the next business day. Go there for all your pharmacy needs.

We were in town visiting family over the weekend when my youngest son woke up running a fever and saying he didn’t feel good. Fever continued climbing so we took him to urgent care where we waited for what seemed like forever. After finally seeing the doctor and getting him a prescription we took it to CVS to fill and they said it would be an hour before they could fill his ONE PRESCRIPTION!!!!!! We left with our sick CHILD and took the prescription to this pharmacy not knowing that they were about to close. When we gave the pharmacist (who we later learned was the owner) our sons prescription he told us that they were about to close and to give him just a few minutes and he would have it ready. Unfortunately i did not have our insurance card with me and without insurance my sons medicine was. Going to be OVER 100 DOLLARS!!!!!!! the pharmacist asked what pharmacy we use back home and he politely called them and got our insurance info. When it was all said and done we paid 0 DOLLARS for his prescription!!!!!!!!!! The time it took for us to walk in and walk out was less than fifteen minutes!!’ CVS wouldn’t have even taken my prescription in that amount of time!!! My son was feeling better in 24 hours and I am SO THANKFUL for the pharmacist and this pharmacy!!!!!! And if you read this, I’m sorry that we kept you past closing time mr pharmacist!

My wife and I would like to recommend Clay’s Pharmacy to everyone that would like to be treated like family when you hit the door!!! They are so helpful and you can be in and out in no time!!! Also, if the weather is bad they have a drive thru!!! Stop in and let them take care of you!!!

Clay’s Pharmacy always gives great service and they’re always fast! They go above and beyond to provide anything needed by the costumer. I highly recommend everyone give them a try!

Very friendly and professional.. However multiple attempts to get meds on auto refill have become a futile effort... This is at very least the 5th time I've tried in person. Over the phone and thru drive thru... Smh...

Went to the store in Catlettsburg for the first time today(May 9,2022). Door and website stated store hours were 8:30 am for Mondays. I did arrive a few minutes early and sat in my car waiting to see someone unlock the door. No one ever came to unlock the door so i thought maybe my clock was slow. i got out of the car to try the door, it was locked. My clock was reading 8:38. Got back in car and decided to leave. When i looked up after backing out of my parking spot i saw someone coming toward the door. I stopped thinking they were opening. However, when i stopped the car the person stopped walking toward the door, it appeared they turned around and walked back toward the back of the store. Told my husband they must have thought we were there for nerfarious reasons.. Needless to say i won't be going back.
