Amazing service.. The gentlemen who was work took time to look up a part and told me what gutiars it will work on and the ones the will not work on.. Plus they had the part i need for my les paul on hand.. I will travel the 200 plus miles to buy another gutiar and parts..

As a wannabe guitar player, 4 o'clock rock was recommended to me because of their selection and knowledge. I called in and spoke to Rob who invited me to bring my guitar down and try some amps out. So I did and since I can't play anything yet he played my guitar for me so I could hear the quality of the amps. He helped me decide on a particular amp and told me to call if I had any issues or questions. I had a little trouble setting it up so I called back to the store and Rob taught me so much over the phone and invited me to bring my gear back so he could show me in person. I really appreciate the time and effort he spent on me so when I am ready to upgrade my entry level strat I will be buying my next guitar from here and I will make sure to work with Rob hopefully within a couple weeks!

I have purchased 2 instruments here, as well as an amp, cases & supplies. My brother has also purchased a guitar here. The guys are knowledgeable, professional & personable. I plan to buy again in the near future.
