New employee didn't know very much.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I had no other choice. They came to drop off container and refused to drive the truck over 3ft, so that the container was straight and not in our driveway. The owner, Robert, was extremely rude and told us we could drag it ourselves and then he would drag it out when he returned to pick it up, but he would not help us get it over. When we told him there had been a container in the exact same spot before, he advised us we could call the office and get a refund and proceeded to load the container back up and left! We will never use this company again and I will make sure I tell anyone I can about his horrible service!

Update: Mobile Storage of Richlands came out the same day, did exactly what we needed, charged us less, and were very polite and professional.

Unprofessional and rude. And I would never recommend any one to put their car in one of their storage containers!
