I give him FIVE STARS. Easy quick change, no delay(had to get back to NJ) that day, and he helped me get there, with 2 used tires, still on my ride as of months later. Back in NJ., and again i give him five stars. We went to see some of my mother side of fam, (She is blk) my dad hispanic, and the family is extensive down on I-95 carolina to here in NYC NJ tri-state and he helped us get home safe when tires blew, not 1 but two! thanks again sir. and God bless you. I will be using you as fam there in Rocky Mount, as needed.

I called this morning to get a used tire quote. Almost unbeatable pricing for a used tire, so I went to their shop. Got there and the place looked abandoned, and called the given number. Mr. Cherry answered and told me he wasnt at the shop. (It looked closed). He said he would call me back. My friend and i waited there for nearly 30 minutes in the heat, so my friend decided she would just call another place. We went there, instead.
25 minutes and 2 tires later, i was on my way back home, to put the tires on my car, and i got a phonecall back from him... Too little too late...

Overall, unprofessional service, and I got what I needed elsewhere.

Same experience as the previous person. He was not there . The address on Google is not accurate and I waited but he called after I was at another shop. Very unprofessional.
