Riverside Cafe

Food was great! We had the Trio and corn nuggets as appetizers. They both were delicious. As entrees we had the cluck Norris, and 2 Oklahoma po'boys. The banana peppers on the Po'boys tied the creamy coleslaw with the fried catfish. Definitely one to get. The Cluck Norris had an Alabama BBQ sauce that made the sandwich pop and added a little heat. However, stay away from the baked potato salad. It was not good.

Visited the Riverside Cafe this weekend. I was told that the best fried catfish in Lawton was here. After sitting on the deck at first, with its amazing view of the river and the bridge, we moved inside where our server Lacy took excellent care of us. The catfish was crunchy and tasty, while the grilled honeybun was addictive. All the side dishes were also satisfying. I also enjoyed the tree growing through the dining room.

First visit 3/23/24 ☆☆☆☆☆ The food was excellent. I had the Southwest Chicken Salad, my friend had the fried catfish w/fried okra, the kids had chicken strips w/mac and cheese, and the grilled cheese w/bacon and fries. Everything was brought out, accurately and in a timely manner. Fried items were not greasy at all, my salad was great. The only small issue was with the kids chicken strip/mac and cheese special. We didn't realize the mac and cheese had hot peppers in it...so she didn't like it. But she liked the chicken strips. I'd definitely recommend stopping in. We sat outside and enjoyed the view of the river and nice breeze.

Huge portions. The chicken fried chicken hung off the plate. The batter was light, crispy and well seasoned. Chicken was juicy and tender. Onion strings and french fries were crispy and not greasy and also seasoned well. The chicken bacon ranch salad had fresh greens with a well seasoned grilled chicken breast and those wonderful onion strings. Great, friendly service as well. We'll be back!

This is a nice little restaurant right by the river. The prices are a little steep for the type of food it is, but everything we had was pretty good.

Cici was our waiter and she was AMAZING!! We sat next to the window and enjoyed the beautiful views, had the pucker fries appetizer, Okie burger, and Chicken fried steak sandwich and everything was absolutely delicious and the portions were huge! We haven't been here in about 4 years and it was so nice to cone back and get the kind of service and friendliness one can only find in this jewel of a town. We love Medicine Park and we love the Riverside!!

Absolutely enjoyed the service, food and atmosphere. Very beautiful place to visit with family. Located in Medicine Park this restaurant is surrounded by various shops. Plenty of parking and seating, inside or outside. Menu offers plenty of options for everyone and prices are affordable. The Cafe overlooks the river, and kept clean and fresh. I had a bison burger with fries on a brioche bun, and it was very flavorful and hearty. Definitely a place to visit with your loved ones and enjoy the area. Definitely will be back again.

Misty was our server and she was so amazing. The food was super good as well! Cant wait to go back! :)

My boyfriend and I have been there twice and each time we've been here, the food has been GREAT. The view is fantastic (love watching the turtles and wild life.💓) This time, we had a waitress named Lindsey M. And I just wanted to say she did an absolutely amazing job! She was the sweetest and most kind lady ever, and she got everything out to us in a timely manner and made sure we were good every single time she came out to the patio. Just wanted to give this lovely lady a S/O because she deserves it! ❤

We had a wonderful time and dinner. The Bison burger I had ordered was so tasty. I wanted to order an other one, but the portion size was perfect. It was big enough to feel full, but not too big to wear you have enough room for a delicious dessert.

Late November... Weather still very moderate... No crowds... Trees are turning colors leaves are falling...
Great time of year to tour the whole area... Highly recommend would like to return in the summer jump in the water...!

The food was amazing!! Got my meal in under 10 minutes, food was hot and fresh. Very impressed!!! Best cafe around here!

This restaurant has it all. Great views and great food with live music.

We ordered the Okie and the Jalapeno popper burgers which were both delicious. The fries were amazing but we had to get them to go as the burgers are huge. We had no room left for dessert so we will be swinging by soon to try them.

The restaurant is built around a tree like a treehouse and has a patio area. Both the main dining hall and the patio overlook the river.

The restrooms are tiny but clean. And the staff provides exemplary service - our server checked in on us multiple times and offered to take our picture.

Me and my girl went for the first time and the view was awesome. The staff was very nice but above all the food was great! Cool little place to go to.

Damn good catfish. Very friendly staff with beautiful views. Plenty of shops around the area to shop at after.

I got The Okie substituted the beef patty with buffalo...high praise indeed.
My husband's jalapeno popper burger looked delicious, and he said tasted great.
Service was top notch, and Brittany was very attentive and personalable.

Cool little place on the river. I sat outside, had a great view. Misty was my server. She was great! I ordered a bowl of chili, she upsold the whole bowl!!! She suggested grilled jalapeños & onions. WOW! for dessert we agreed a piece of key lime pie would compliment the chili.

Food and service was excellent. We had cheeseburgers and they were wonderful. Our waitress Brittany was very friendly and we didn't have a long wait for our food. Would highly recommend this place.

Our server Jessica was awesome!! She works hard but is incredibly pleasant and good at what she does!! Food was fantastic as well. Nachos re plenty to share fried spicy green beans were good as well!

It was cute and charming right on the river. Our waitress was amazing!! Would recommend
