I had the chicken fried steak dinner and my dad had the large old fashioned burger! He said the burger was really good, way better than Meers. Chicken fried steak was yummy as were the sides. The okra was crispy and delicious. Mac and cheese is creamy and cheesy. Taters were probably instant but still good. We were too full to try the pie but next time we will as they looked amazing! Terri was our server and she’s cool as heck!

Great service, friendly staff, awesome chicken fried steak, and catfish 😋 Deserts are a must! I stop in weekly to pick a desert up on a take-out order. Biscuits and gravy are over the top!!

This place is the real deal. Was recommended by a friend, had no idea it existed. It has recently been completely rebuilt in a new building just next door to the old one, so a lot of the pictures on here of an old/run down establishment--that's not it anymore!

My burger was very good, very homemade, good beef. My girlfriend really loved her Indian taco. Service was great. Cheesecake was excellent! Again, everything felt genuinely homemade, real/quality ingredients. This is the kind of place you can hunt a lifetime for these days, getting rarer and rarer.

Very clearly a locals favorite. Seemed popular, but not so popular/touristy as the Meers establishment down the road. We liked this place much better than there. Very happy we found it!

I love this place. Be prepared to wait in line to get in, because they can get busy, but worth the wait. The Indian tacos are delicious. Save room for dessert because you will want to save room for one of many kinds pies and cheesecake.

This is a small restaurant located along OK-58. Our visit was due to being taken there by our Aunt and Uncle for dinner.

We were very happy with most of the meals that were served with the exception of the brown gravy being very salty. Our party placed orders for the following: Buffalo Burger with potato wedges, hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and fried okra, catfish sandwich with fries and fried okra, chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, beans and salad, and the calf fries with okra, beans, tater tots and salad. I personally had the Buffalo burger and enjoyed it greatly. It was cooked well, the toppings were fresh as well as the roll being fresh and soft. The potato wedges were exceptional, crispy outside and soft inside with great taste! Portions were large and well worth the cost.

All pricing was very fair and the staff was efficient, friendly and had a great attitude for what they were doing! Our waitress was on the ball with keeping drinks full and always had a smile on her face with customers!

I would highly recommend this place when in the area!

One of the best ever diners to go to for breakfast! Everything is homemade and the folks are very friendly! Went here for Mother's day with a large party and everything was amazing! I recommend their Sausage biscuit, it's massive and made from scratch.

First time here as we travel through and sooooo glad we stopped in. The food is wonderful and the staff is so pleasant. Be sure and come hungry because they will make sure you don't leave hungry. My mom hasn't had frog legs in about 20 years she was so happy to finally get some good frog legs. My husbands chicken fried steak was super and my Indian taco was wonderful. The fish was excellent and the twister fries oh so good. I definitely recommend this place for all ages, there is something on the menu for everyone. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!!!

Coming back from Texas. We made a 20 mile detour to the nondescript building to try Indian Fry bread (taco style) and it didn’t disappoint. There’s “secret sauces” which gave the fry bread extra pizzazz! My husband ordered and devoured the bison burger. The server Kylee was OUTSTANDING! She suggested a different table for an older couple “because it’s pretty cold here.” ON TOP OF IT! When and if we’re ever near Lawton we’re going back.

We went back last Sunday. Food still delicious, service still good, and the price is affordable.
It is in the middle of nowhere but the food is worth the drive. Home made biscuits, gravy, and all sort of pies. Local favorite! Friendly environment, We ordered buffalo steak and chicken fried steak, came with home made biscuits and gravy. The biscuit is very tall. Both orders are delicious. save rooms for desert. Coconut cream pie is all favorite. They even have a day old pie for sale, very tempting price. And the day old pie is still good. Definitely will go back to try other food.

Wonderful Food !!!!!!! Always packed and they don't even have a sign at their current location.

Their pies look absolutely wonderful, but I never had enough room left to try a slice.

Would see this place on the way to Medicine Park and always wanted to try it. Was making a trip to Lawton and decided to make the little extra drive up to finally give it a go. Most definitely worth it! The service was top par. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely nice. The food was amazing, plentiful, and worth every penny. The oreo cheese cake and millionaire pie were to die for. If you ever come up this way, definitely plan to eat here!

I was up here about 5 years ago but Ann moved into this new place they built and opened in February 2023. The food is still really good. The biscuit was really different and delicious. This is the first time I was served more gravey than I needed.

The new building is a great look! Breakfast was super cheap (21$ for two) hearty, homestyle, country cooking. We waited 20 minutes for 2 seats at a packed restaurant.

One of the best places I have ever had breakfast. Went back the next day. I can only assume the dinner is just as tasty. Its a must go if you are near by.
