Sonic Drive-In

The change to the APP is awful! It's more difficult and you have to sign in everytime! Prices have increased (at least where I am) but the App still gives you some savings!

The food is always fresh and tastes great 👍 our car hop is always very friendly. My family and I eat here often, I'd def recommend

Always a great Sonic to stop at for a quick bite when rushed. Excellent friendly service with a smile never fails to make a rough day better.

Been going to this location off and on for years when coming through town and they have always been consistent in their service. Great job by them!

When I went, I received high-quality, fast service. The food and drinks were amazing (I reccomend a raspberry vanilla iced tea) and we got everything we ordered. The mobile app is incredibly simple to use and got our order to the restaurant without issue. The only problem I would have is that the car stalls are fairly cramped, but I understand that this is not an issue that can be easily solved by the restaurant owner nor their staff.

We made a special request on a Sunday night. They didn't have the immediate capabilities to accommodate. Their response was a very willing, "How can I make it happen for?"

Unfortunately it took them about 25 minutes to make it and deliver. But they communicated during the delay so as to not just leave us wondering, and then they made up for it in cost, comping the order.

Fantastic service and they did pretty good making up my strawberry banana smoothie with orange juice with no blender and it not being on the menu!

A+ for customer service!

Edit.... Well I'm impressed. The renovation, fast service and good food. This is an 180 from the previous experience. I will recommend!!!

This place is horrible. I live a mile away from it and choose to drive to the Sonic on Lee blvd.
Update.
Well under new management the place still horrible. Only 2 cars in the place and still over 30 minutes wait. Second attempt ( I love the punishment), 3 cars in the place and another long wait and screwed order. This place need a revamp from the ground up....

Walked in right up to the counter, gave my order and was called within 10 minutes to pickup. The food was hot and very tasty, the milk shake was thick just like I like it. The store was clean. A nice place to eat.

We have been coming to this Sonic about every other day since they reopened. The food comes so quickly and the staff goes over and beyond to make sure you are happy with your everything. Whatever made them change prior to the remodel, they need to keep it up. It is one of our FAVORITE spots in town.

I just can't get enough of the blue raspberry slush which I add lime and nerds to. When I order through the app, I get it for half price whether it's happy hour or not.

This sonic has been remodeled and under new staff it seems. It is great now.

I give Sonic 2 stars for the improvements made by the staff and quality of food as well as the new building. The other 3 stars for improving the Sonic Brand. It is only as good as those who maintain it. After 2 years of privately boy-cotting Sonic Drive In on Cache, I am eating there again.

This particular day it was one staff member who really stood out. She was the only CarHop she was also answering the speaker and knocking it out of the park! Her name was Jessica. She was professional she was spot on she was never flustered and absolutely the best. You would do good as prepared management. I'll come back because of Jessica. Thanks jessica!

Friendly service is a must and this place excels. These kids are very friendly and helpful. I also love Sonic's drinks!!! Burk Sonic makes the best :) I seriously drive out of my way to visit this Sonic

Sadie from Cache road Sonic helps me out every morning with the same order and very simple customer service. I enjoy it! Gets my order right every time! (Same order)

All we got was our standard (half price) drink order, but we always use the app and this was absolutely the fastest delivery we've had.
