Holiday Inn Express Allin/Aultman Hall

Not quiet sure what the actual rating of the overall facility is, but 100% sure the staff is above 5-star.
They’d go far and beyond to accommodate you while housed here.
Personally going through a fairly tough course in Ft Sill, they do their best to ensure nothing, as far as housing, is a distraction.
Yeji and Serena are also the best among the best of crew they got. Always greet you warmly with a positive attitude and smile and no matter how busy they are in the background, they’d put your needs before their busy and sometimes hectic schedule.
Thank you all and looking forward to spending couple of more months here before I check out.

As a military historian i can appreciate the fact this building is relatively the same design it was made in the 60s. My room obviously resembled an NCO/Officer Barracks room...and im not saying ita bad, its actually nice.

Breakfast is good...now all this is coming from a 24 year retired vet ( i retired in 22), so no young peeps im not a gezzer yet lol. I was happy with the hotel.

Think of it like this , if you wanted to get a glimpse of the past...this is a good place to check out....if youd rather have ritzy stuff then ..check off base.

Ft Sill is very historic, enjoy that!

Service lost a star due to an error that they put me for 1 day and it was actually 2 days. But other than that service is good..im happy.

I’ve been living here for the past few months in the winter. The staff has been amazing and nothing short of helpful. Yeji and Serena always go the extra mile helping me print out all of my slides fir class and assisted me with my transitions.

I stayed at this hotel for four months, and while many different amenities may have broke, the service never failed to deliver. They’re staffed 24/7 with very kind, friendly staff. Specifically, I felt that Yeji and destiny (?) went above and beyond to help me throughout my time here. From printing many documents to helping reprint too many lost room keys, I always felt like if I needed help, it wasn’t too far away.

The gym is small and hard to find.
Coffee is good.
Rooms were reasonable.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel the man that works the night shift was very kind and helpful! He should be promoted or given a bonus!
Cory was fabulous and very professional I would have thought he's a supervisor for how knowledgeable he is!
Rock totally rocked! He made sure that I was cared for!

Edgar & Jason drove us around when we placed our reservation for the shuttle! They went above and beyond what I would have expected! They deserve the best title possible

Stayed at this hotel because of a graduation from boot camp. Did not know what to expect from a Hotel located on an Army Base. The outside of the building was kind of out dated but once you got inside the room was nice and clean. The bathroom clean and well stocked. The rooms are only 1 King bed which is fine, but they are not big rooms, just a bed, chair, desk, and a small fridge. Being a Military hotel there are a lot of military personnel from all over the world. Lot of dogs which I would have never even known about if I had not seen the dogs and their owners in the elevator. They had a grab and go breakfast which I thought would be a sack breakfast type of thing. No it was you go get it from the dinning room, and it was buffet style with people asking you if you wanted eggs, bacon, oatmeal, biscuits, etc. They even asked you if you wanted a couple of Juices or Chocolate milk or both. The Staff was very friendly and always asking me how I was doing and to have a great day. The bed was comfortable and neat. The only bad thing is that some of the foreign guests did not read the no smoking within 50 feet sign and were smoking right outside the doors one night. Other than that a GREAT place to stay.

The rooms are clean, well furnished and maintained good. Hot breakfast is served daily along with options like cereal, fruit, cinnamon rolls and juice. Parking is kind of tight and one of the elevators were down for maintenance issues for at least two weeks as of writing this. The one elevator that works is notoriously slow and the elevators are very small. Overall good experience.

People should be grateful they don’t have to stay in the barracks while they’re here. Breakfast is 👌

Great IHG hotel, one of the best. The bed and pillows are comfortable; the bedsheets are cotton. There is enough light in the room.
The drawbacks are:
1. No dishwasher
2. No stove
3. The air conditioner is not adjustable for the speed.
Still, overall, 5 stars. Tiffany is very helpful, as are most of the staff.

The Hotel lobby was clean and welcoming. Front desk staff were accommodating due to PCSing as well. Our room and bathroom was very clean and had plenty of space for a comfortable stay! Also loved that it’s right on post very convenient!

Solid hotel, stayed for 2 months while at ALC, comfortable and clean rooms, soft mattress’, strong water pressure in shower, tub large enough to soak. Continental breakfast fresh and well stocked daily. Overall a very comfortable place to spend time off. I was there in the winter, heat kept up with bitter temperatures. Would absolutely recommend.

I went to Fort Sill for my daughters graduation from basic training on Feb 1, 2013. Our room was actually a 2 bedroom apt, with a kitchenette it even had dishes& silverware. I was traveling with an infant and they also provided a crib in the room. I was impressed with the apt. It was very clean. All the staff was very nice and friendly;however two staff members were outstanding, Debra the shuttle driver and Jeffery in the dining facility they were not only friendly but very helpful, both wonderful people made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place

A little higher than I would've rejected, but was able to get a last minute room when everywhere else was booked up. Rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. Staff was amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Grace is customer service. You may encounter a problem with anything you do in life. But how you overcome the problem is what separate's you from everyone else. Thank you Grace for all your help in making our visit to IHG Hilton on Fort Sill a Five Star experience.

Very convenient is you have a trainee there that's graduating!

Service was phenomenal, specifically want to mention Trustan Aubain and Alan Davis who assisted me multiple times during my stay, answering questions, or providing easy access to the hotel services. Made my stay at the hotel easy and significantly more enjoyable.

Friendly, responsive staff that actually means it when they say "if there's anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable let us know". Comfortable rooms, recently renovated. Actually, currently being renovated.

The place is very beautiful and quiet, the staff is friendly and the service is completed, especially Yeji in the front desk, she's very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were cleaned and temperature control was easy. The beds were comfy and breakfast was good. Not hard to get to and from for graduation. Very nice staff!
