Sheppard Family Dental Care

Super kind, informative, competent, caring staff. They turned what had been a nightmare experience at an out of town dental place into a pleasant relief. They didn't try to overcharge or upsell, made sure I understood aftercare instructions, and Dr. Sheppard followed up with a call that evening to make sure I was still doing well. They seem to genuinely care for their patients, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

This is the best Dental care service I've ever experienced throughout my life, and because we are a military family we move around alot and no other place compares to this amazing Dental clinic. Dr. Sheppard is truly amazing at explaining everything, and always makes sure to call in the evening after a procedure to see if everything is going well after a procedure. Don't hesitate to get Dental care here.

I have incredibly bad dentist anxiety, and everyone there makes the experience so amazing for me. The ladies at the front are always kind and helpful. My hygienist is such a wonderful woman. She is kind, and caring. The Sheppard family is wonderful no matter who I see. They always try their best to put me at ease. I highly recommend choosing Sheppard Family Dental.

LOVED my experience! Today was my first time here and I was so impressed with my overall experience. ALL the staff was sweet, professional, and welcoming. The office was very clean and inviting. My dentist was thorough and VERY informative. She wanted to know what I was wanting from a dentist and as a patient. She listened to my needs and was very understanding when I told her I had anxiety about going to the dentist. From what I’ve seen as far a pricing it’s comparable to other local dentists. I highly recommend this dental office :)

Absolutely commendable service! From scheduling to front desk to hygienist Melany and the dentists the father and son Dr Sheppards. Great experience with Dr Ernie Sheppard who thoroughly did my comprehensive oral exam as well as together with his son Dr Scott Sheppard addressed the issues on my implants from my previous dentist. Hygienist Melany was very diligent and have great caring and gentle hands. The front desk, billing and scheduler were all amazing. I have already recommended their office to a couple of my colleagues and will continue to do so to all my friends and family who are loooking for caring and excellent dental care. I’m very grateful that me and my family came to know and got established with the Sheppard Dental Clinic. Kudos to Sheppard Family Dental Clinic! The best place when you're looking for a dentist. Everyone is knowledgeable, Dr. Sheppard is kind, talks you through each procedure, and calls later that night to check on you. Being a military family this office makes the entire process very easy and I appreciate that.

The absolute best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. The office staff is wonderful. Dr. C. Sheppard is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and compassionate. To say I have "anxiety" when visiting the dentist is an understatement. Dr. Sheppard and Dottie went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. Thank you all so much. Dr. Scott Sheppard and his assistant Hannah were amazing. I brought my 5 year old son in a few days ago for some dental work and they handled him with such care from start to finish. Dr. Sheppard and Hannah encouraged and praised him every step of the way. My son never felt nervous or scared. He was treated like it was their own child they were working on. Thank you so much! My family and I will definitely be returning to your office.

My first appointment with Dr. Scott Sheppard was very thorough and included an oral cancer check. I feel like Hannah and Dr. Sheppard went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Yesterday I had a broken filling restored and they both were not only very gentle but also kept explaining what they were doing during the procedure which helped to lower my anxiety level. I am certain that I picked the right office to take care of my teeth and I highly recommend them.

Dr Scott Shepard is amazing hands down. I have a great fear of dentist and people messing around inside my mouth but he puts my nerves at ease. He always tells me what he’s going to do so I’m prepared for it, he’s great when it comes to emergencies too. I would recommend him to any person, which in fact I have many times. I will never use another dentist as long as I live in this area. The whole staff is amazing and so kind, friendly and caring.

First time going there and I will definitely be back! The staff were professional and extremely friendly, making me feel comfortable when normally dentist offices make me very nervous. I had to get teeth pulled and both the people working on that were just so thorough, kind, and got it done quickly. Would 100% recommend

My family loves this place! I love that I get to stay with my kids during any treatments. My son had to have a tooth pulled today and he actually told his older brother that it was fun! He said it didn’t hurt at all. I also love the time the dentists take to call on the evening to make sure everything is okay. Not many places still give that extra personal touch.

Not bad. They are a bit more expensive than other places, but their staff is great, the waiting room very clean, two areas to sit in, one where there are books/fits for. Children
Many waiting room free crowded. These aren't. Not that I've ever waited that one.

The doctors are all nice. I miss Dr shepherd but then you eventually have to reture

The office has the older feel, at least walls between the rooms, unlike many who have drapes.

Overall, I have a pleasant experience.

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. Dr. Scott Sheppard and the rest of the team are all fantastic. Every person at the office (receptionist, assistants, hygienist, etc.) are a delight. They truly care about you as a patient, take the time to explain everything they are doing, and give ample opportunity for questions. After my last appointment (2 fillings) Dr. Sheppard called me personally that evening to ask if I was doing okay, now that is customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I am a new patient. I was really nervous about leaving my dentist, but I'm so glad that I did. When I say this team is AWESOME🙌🏾 that is definitely an understatement. Hannah, Marcy, and Dr. Scott are so warm🤗. Felt like I had been going there for years❤. And the ladies at the front desk are so helpful☺. And Marcy did an amazing job cleaning my teeth😁 Highly recommended!!

Great customer service. I expressed concern about work/charge that I didn’t think I needed, so they checked, confirmed and removed it. Very thankful for them caring enough to check & not instantly shutting me down.
I was a client back as a teenager with the father & came back for some work, which was my first experience with the son! He was absolutely wonderful! Grateful for the service he provided & care he took while working on my teeth! Thank you again!!

I think Sheppard Family Dental Care is the best! I predominantly use Dr. Cindy Sheppard but have also seen Dr. Ernie Sheppard and Dr. Scott Sheppard. They are all excellent. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The hygienist I use is Marci and she is the greatest also. I would highly recommend them for your dental care!

Today was my first visit very quick to get me in with left jaw hurting! I expected exam xrays and scheduled for treatment as with dentists in past. Nope Dr Scott was very nice and extracted my tooth in same day (did not pressure gave options and accepted the choice i made no fuss). And schedule appointment to evaluate rest of my teeth. Kelsy was very careful to explain everything and super helpful with my anxiety with having my first awake extraction. Very patient and helpful! Pleasant experience considering what needed to be done!❤

I have not been to a dentist in 5 years but I had a broken tooth, they had to remove my tooth. I saw Dr. Scott Sheppard, he was absolutely awesome. He even called to make sure I was doing ok after my visit. I am very happy that I found Sheppard’s Family Dental. Everyone was friendly and the place is clean!

My husband and I moved to Fort Sill about a month ago. We were looking off post to find a dentist for routine cleanings etc.
This dentist office is stellar. The staff is extremely friendly, the dentist is so knowledgeable and kind! The first visit is a thurough tooth, jaw, and gum inspection. The doctor takes the time to listen to you, go over any questions etc. and makes you as comfortable as possible.
I was blessed to snag a cleaning right after my tooth investigation. My dental hygienist did a great job. They even fixed my permanent retainer that needed some bonding.
I have found where our family will be going. I encourage you to see them if you’re looking for quality dentistry.
