The best review I can give you folks is the message I sent them to cancel my appointment. Here goes…

Hello to you. My name is Joseph Vanpool and I have an appointment scheduled for June 23. I will not be there. I came in to Dr. McKinnis‘s office with pain and he did a rather perfunctory exam and told me there was nothing he could do. That there was nothing to be done. But went ahead and scheduled a cleaning that was unnecessary because I just had one.
That tooth has since abscessed twice. I went on antibiotics to take care of the infection and another dentist who did a more thorough examination found the problem. The tooth will be extracted. It can't be saved.
It probably could've been saved if Dr. McKinnis had looked beyond billing the insurance and actually tried to help me.
So thank you but no thank you
