Andy’s Plumbing Heating/AC

My hot water heater was having difficulty as of last night and I called Andy’s plumbing at almost 11 AM and they have somebody out by 1 o’clock. Checked out issue and fixed it for me and were on their way. I gave them a try in the first place because I saw them recommended on Facebook, And I will be recommending them to other people in the future! Excellent service

With it being summer and people needing new central air units, I cannot recommend Andy’s Plumbing enough! They have excellent customer service, always get back to you as soon as possible and whatever you need done they make it happen. They have wonderful prices and payment plans. We used them last year to replace our whole sewer line and they got it done in about 3 days. I’ve never had any issues with them, and out of the 4 places I called about the air conditioner, they had the best prices and could be here the fastest! (Pics of my new unit because I’m so happy to have it😂)

Updating review from 1 to 5 stars! The owner of the company personally came out and made everything right. This is great customer service and follow through. Would highly recommend them. Thank you Shane!

Scheduled plumbing service on 11/8/2023.
Service not completed that day and we were told they would be back the next day to finish up as they left a huge hole in our yard with an open hole in our septic line.
Realized after the Holidays they never came back. Called last Friday, 01/12/2024, and was told it slipped through the cracks, apologized for their error and scheduled service for today, 1/15/2024 between 2-6pm. Called at 5:30pm to check on status and was told they changed it to the 1/22/2024 without notifying us! We now have backup into our lower bathroom, along with an open pile of sewage in our yard, and our unable to use our water.
Would not recommend doing business with this company, and definitely don’t schedule any service with a tech there named Thomas. Not reliable.

First time to use Andy's Plumbing, We had the garbage disposal removed .The service was excellent. Nate and John were very polite .We will be using Andy's for our home.Highly recommend.Totally excellent service from call - in to Completion of the job. Thank you.

We had another company come out to look at our HVAC unit because we had american home shield & had to use them ,needless to say we dropped America home shield & called Andy's, we have had Paul with Andy's coming before .we could have bought 2 units from the other company for what Andy's charged, Drop American home shield & call Andy's for a quote today ,you will save thousands. Paul with Andy's has been a blessing to our family .

Just moved to Lawton and Nate and Westyn have been out to fix spigots for the washer and outside as well as to install a new kitchen faucet. Clean, courteous, and professional. Not a speck of dirt in my closet after they crawled under the house! Got all jobs done efficiently and for a reasonable charge. Service was easy to schedule and arrived on time. Highly recommend and will use in the future if we have any more problems.

On a Saturday one of Our tenants had plumbing issue The plumber came out right away. From the Receptionist to the Plumber Very Professional and Great Customer Service

After a frustrating search for someone to hook up and assemble gas logs for a reasonable fee, I called Andy’s. Not only were schedulers knowledgeable of my situation and willing to work with me, they were polite and friendly! I made a scheduling error, they returned my call promptly and were helpful getting my appointment rescheduled. The day of the appointment two gentlemen came to do the work. I had some miscellaneous questions about my thermostat and gas stove, as well. My questions were answered kindly, while work progressed expediently on the log assembly. It was a beautiful and professionally accomplished job! I was shocked when they told me the final cost of the job. I expected it to be much, much more. Thank you for being an honest, hardworking, reliable, and professional business. Andy’s is in my contacts! ** After note: This was my review from a month ago. I called back yesterday ( a month later) and I was unlucky enough to get the abrupt and dismissive lady on the phone who has no customer service skills, whatsoever. Honestly, I love Andy's, so I hope they will do something about that person answering the phones. Very unprofessional. Even that does not take away from the SUPERIOR service the gentlemen provide.

Repaired Sewer line and installed new gas line. Coordinated effort with Summit gas for pool heater and generator drop.
Shane and his crew did an amazing job for fair price. Also do annual services for tankless water heaters too!! Shane will give estimates on big projects.

The young person they sent was very knowledgeable and hard working. She took care of the blockage. It took a little longer due to having to run 174 feet of of 🐍 and the bill was a little higher than I expected. Overall happy with Andy's Plumbing and would use them again. :) Thanks!

The team at Andy's Plumbing is professional, courteous and works to provide a high quality level of service to their customers. We've used them for two projects (hot water heater replacement and plumbing change for a kitchen sink install). Both projects were quick, within the quoted price and finished in a timely manner. I've had the pleasure of working with Shane, John, Paul and Timmy and would have any of them back for future projects. The office staff is wonderful as well and have been so helpful for answering questions.

They came RIGHT on time and got to work. It took them no time at all to clear out our pipes, and they went out of their way to look at a pipe that we were worried about. And the price was MUCH Less than we were expecting. We know who to call from now on! Thanks again!

Very knowledgeable and professional! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. My house is freezing cold despite the heatwave outside! Mind you I have a two story home and I have a older model ac system outside!

I would like to give a gigantic thank you to Shane the office manager and he works in the field. We had 4 to 5 different plumbing companies out trying to fix our problem with the sewer. Prior to Shane nobody could figure it out. Shane threw every tool and piece of equipment he had at the problem and got it figured out and resolved! Shane is a really nice, professional and knowledgeable plumber. He never gave up and we have been up and running with no problems for about 2 months now. I want to give a special compliment to his wife Lauren, Mother-n-law and I believe it's John and Tom who assisted. Guys please don't waste your time calling anyone else with your challenges. Andy's has always been great to deal with for years. This time they didn't have anyone available and instead of telling me I would have to wait, they gave me the numbers of others who had people available and could take care of my problem immediately. That's not just taking your business, that's truly caring for their customers.

Best service in town! I wish I had done business with them years ago. They went out of their way to reassure my elderly mother, I have old plumbing that has needed attention, they are always fast to respond, and always sweet to my stressed out mom. Lol.
