Nicole, in the patient registration department, is amazing at helping people new to IHS! She helped me get started as a new patient and took the time to explain the whole process, so I would bring the correct documents and only have to make one trip over in person! Nicole, thank you so much! Excellent knowledge, service-oriented attitude and teaching skills! Ten stars!

Its free healthcare and the place where most NATIVES go, of course its going to be busy. Most of the time staff is overworked and tired. They do there best. And peds is awesome!!

I had a wonderful first experience with this clinic. Of course there is a wait, but you're not waiting for over 30 mins on anything.

come here often. Quick service usually. Especially ER if needed.

A hospital staff member ( Cheryl Onco) got me a wheelchair since I was using a walker and it was very tiring to get from one end of hospital to the other side and she helped me the rest of the way to Adult Care 1. She was very kind to me.

Came into the ER was no longer than a 5-minute wait and was brought right in promptly taking care of and admitted currently to treat illness

First the dr I seen was absolutely fantastic, caring and concern about issue. I’m medically retired Marine with many health issues, most recently my heart which the VA said was allergies, well had 2 EKGS which read abnormal, had emergency Cat-scan and that too showed undesired results, plus that I have a cyst on my kidney. So dr said need referral for cardiology, 3 days letter receive a notice from Travis Scott from OKC IHS saying different have the funds of $300 to see a specialist even though I have this dire situation.
Shame of IHS, truly worse system than the VA health care system.

Have tried calling the line multiple times, I'll get through all the automated parts, and then the line goes dead. Get it together IHS. Reaching out health care professionals should not be this hard.
