Wonderful staff are always friendly when I make deposits for the company. Mainly the commercial line isn't too busy I never have to wait more than 3 cars to get in and out.

For sure one of the better banks around the Huntington area we have had our bank account there for six or seven years now have never had a problem. If we have had a problem they have made it right and the employees are really nice also.

Umm maybe my experience is different. I baked with BBT since 01 I'm 39. I've had one issue that could have been serious in the early 0s. I've been known for two decades as the lollipop guy. For 20 years. I wish the area had more ATMs.. the workers are great. Maybe truist policy issues are tanking the reviews. I just want a couple ATMs in town

My father has been a customer for nearly 20 years and even with frequent staff turnover, he is recognized and attended to quickly.

you would think on the 1st and the 3rd when all of Huntington gets their government checks they would have at least more than one or two teller open! And the drive-thru is open on Saturdays.

If you work normal business hours this bank is only available to you for a few hours on Saturday. They fail to post signs when the system is down and they close the drive through so today I had to haul 3 toddlers inside, wait in line only to find out the system down.
