City Moving & Storage

The guys came out early in the morning with 13 crates and a motorcycle box, and they did an awesome and thorough service! After they unloaded everything and put all the boxes in their respective rooms, they also assembled the bed frames and any other furniture we asked them to. We finished up the paperwork and they cleaned up any packaging waste. I only wish I had some kind of snack or pizza and drinks for these guys on such a laborious day. Thank you to Ryan, Brandon, Josh, Marcus and Marco, and Justin for all their hard work on Valentine’s Day!

We are moving overseas and on a tight schedule but all of the workers were so diligent and focused. Our packers were thorough and friendly, making sure each item was well wrapped and documented. Our loaders (Jeff, Valentine, Jason, Paul) worked twice as fast as we expected and were honestly such a good time, always in a good mood and cracking jokes while they worked. They had us out of our house in three hours! I highly recommend City Moving & Storage for a trustworthy and comfortable moving experience.

I’m writing on behalf of city, moving and storage team that was assigned to my home and my crew by name Chewy, Tommy, Amy and Maria were excellent and performing and executing their assigned duties. The team did not have any issues with packing or storage of my household goods and was courteous and professional at all times. Would highly recommend this team and future moving and storage needs.

I would like to say that even though I was not present during the entire pack out, from what little I saw they boxed everything up nice, neatly and efficiently. My wife and I were astounded by how fast they were able to pack everything up. It took them maybe 3 hours time or less. The movers we had were Julian, Maria, Amy and Chewy. They were all professional and courteous of our wishes, and I would ten out of ten recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for a great moving experience!

They were very professional and got the job done quickly and correctly. Took care of my antique piano with ease and were very careful not to cause any damage to it. Ryan, Julian, Ed and Dean did the best job I have had movers do in a long time. Thank you, gentlemen, and have a great day!

Been in the military for 13 years and have had to move a total of four times so far. When it comes to the packaging and loading of household goods this company has been by far the best one that we have had pack and ship our items. They were fast and very careful with all of our items and they communicated constantly with us to make sure we had everything the way we wanted it packed away. The crewmembers that we had were Julian, Amy, Chewy and Maria. Thank you guys so much.

Julian, Chewy, and Tommy came by to pack up around 3k lbs of household goods to be stored for 3 years while moving overseas and they did an amazing job. Great attention to detail, listed every item, on the boxes, and the packing slips, and initialed by every one of them. Great service, I highly recommend them for anyones job! Thank you for helping us out during our big move.

Julian, Amy, and Chewy helped move and pack all my stuff in 2 days! Some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met! The moving crew really went above and beyond and did everything imaginable! Really nice had some laughs and great stories! Julian and others please tell you’re boss I said y’all need a raise cause you guys are phenomenal.

My wife and I are moving to Germany, and with everything going on my experience with City Moving relieved a lot of anxiety. They were quick and efficient, exceeded all expectations, and diligently documented and packaged our property. If I ever move again in the future this is the only company I will trust! Was very nervous in the lead-up, but once the packers got there they put me at ease! Dee and the other ladies were extremely fast and professional, and had everything boxed up in a few hours. Kenan, Jason and Jeff came the next day and went above and beyond to help make sure everything was packed away. So much better than if we’d done it ourselves, and really grateful for the team we got!

Today Kenan, Ryan, Ty, Marcus and Marco came and packed up our HHG on to the truck! They did an awesome job, were EXTREMELY polite, took excellent care of our stuff, wrapped everything super well and picked up after themselves. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Had such an AWESOME experience with this company and so thankful for Kenna, Cande, Dee, Justin and Jessie! They took very good care of my stuff while packing and I fully trusted them with everything! Highly recommend!

These guys have been at my house over the past couple days, and they’ve been great! Julian, Amy, and Tommy have been very easy to work with, courteous, and professional. They’ve had great communication throughout the packing process, and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a moving company!

Julian, Amy, and Ed were very professional representatives for City Moving & Storage for the packing and boxing portion of my move. They definitely seemed quite knowledgeable and experienced. I hope the loading and storage portion are as efficient and professional as them.

This was my first military move using TMO. I didn't do any of the coordinating, just met the surveyor and picked a date. Day before packing, got a confirmation call and given a 4 hour window. Day of got a call from one of the packers saying they were on the way with an ETA. Julian, Chewy, and Valentine were awesome. Very friendly and professional. Seemed to pack everything really well and even made suggestions on packing things together for extra protection (moving old leather jackets to a high value box for example). Biggest thing was communication, they explained the process since it's my first time, always had time for my questions, and just good conversation. Complete opposite of the horror stories I've heard about PCS moves. Don't know what they charge but definitely recommend and trust this team with packing and shipping my my things.

Tommy, Chewy and Julian were superb! Customer service thru the roof! Great employees, they deserve a major raise! I’ve never had anyone so hospitable or make moving feel so easy and not stressful on your mind.

With this being my first move through the military, they have literally walked me through it, were extremely professional and put my family and I at ease with this process,

Even with us not being prepared in the slightest, they still went and did more than their job is, just to help us with the burden of moving , with this they did communicate with everything and made this move just perfect.

For whoever sees this comment/review you will be extremely happy with their skill level, knowledge, communication skills, and work ethic.

I hope if I am ever back in this area again, then go to move that these professional employees are the ones who move and help my family and I again!!!

I had Brandon Webb and Marcus Johnson and they were absolutely wonderful. Got all of my HHG shipment including a solid glass table upstairs and safely into my apartment. Thank you guys! ♥

Gary is always kind the office ladies are always cheerful. Kirk and the guys in the yard were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended this business and its service.

My team of shippers was absolutely superb, (Jason, Beau, Jeff).

They were very respectful of my possessions and didn’t seem to mind my special packing requests for certain pieces. I also appreciate they were a lot of fun throughout the process; PCS is stressful enough and these guys made it less so.

One issue arose during the pack out and had Kirk not gone above and beyond the call to resolve the issue, it would be a non-starter for me regarding future business. The error was corrected and amends made; I could not have asked for better resolution. Their customer service is off the charts good. I’m sure I will make it back to sill and I will request these guys to handle my HHG.
