CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacist and staff at CVS on Sheridan and Cache Road in Lawton,Oklahoma are very helpful and knowledgeable. They always treat me with kindness and respect.

CVS is well stocked employees are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy there is usually a wait, but they do the best they can! They work hard under the hours and short staff they must work with! They are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

This particular CVS Pharmacy came to my rescue with prompt quick service when I needed a prescription filled out to take care of a persistent Gout that would not go away. I came to Lawton for my son's BCT graduation but had a hard time walking around on the base so I called up my Doctor and he sent a prescription to this location. I met Holly at the Drugstore window who could at first, not find my order but was persistent and got the pharmacist to quickly fill out my prescription. Thank you CVS Pharmacy and Holly for allowing me to walk again with less pain. I also found the store very clean and well laid out.

Walked in CVS and immediately greeted by Albert. He helped me find what I was looking for. Browsed for a couple more items and then I went to check out. Albert is now at the register. He noticed I had $10 in extra bucks and asked if I wanted to use them. When he added my $10, it came off my total and then immediately voided itself (I'm watching this on my credit card swipe screen). He noticed before I could say anything. He couldn't undo the spontaneous void, so he deleted the transaction and re-rang me. This time, the $10 extra bucks that I still have not used showed USED my Albert's screen. He called his manager and she, without hesitation, told him that we are to take care of the customer. It was clear that she was nervous about what corporate would say, but her focus was taking care of me. She overrode the used extra bucks so I could get my $10. I use to be a die-hard Walgreens fan, but left because of their poor customer service. Been with CVS fiori several years now and have not been disappointed. Thank you CVS for keeping loyal customers satisfied! Kuddos to Albert and his manager (I think her name is Marsha).

Really nice staff. Great selection of products. If you sign up for the CVS app, you can save a lot of money.

Where I get my scripts filled it is alot better than Walgreen and faster than Walmart

They like me

I'm a former Kmart pharmacy customer that was moved to CVS months ago by some kind of corporate deal. I am required to talk to the pharmacy each time I refill. Even the phone menu singles us out. After months we are still not CVS customers.

In the past three months, I have not had certain medications for five weeks. Their excuse was, It will be In tomorrow. Seems like tomorrow never got here. If you have certain medications that are popular, you may not get your medicine, for a while. I had to leave this pharmacy. My health is too important to me.
