They’re so friendly. I always feel comfortable talking to everyone that works in this office. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they take care of it without stress. In fact, they’ve done such a good job with keeping my policies accurate, if I have anything that needs to be handled I will only call this office and wait on them personally to handle it because I know they will take care of it properly. It’s also a great plus that they have the nicest people with great attitudes, and that’s worth it’s weight in gold in today’s world. I highly recommend, not just this company, but particularly TJ Painter’s office specifically.

I’ve been with State Farm for 31 years and with TJ’s office for quite awhile now. Everyone is very professional, quick to respond and will return phone calls. I don’t need a lot of help but when I have they’ve always been prompt. Recently switched out one vehicle to for another during a car purchase and they had it added and the paperwork emailed to me within an hour. Amanda and crew were very courteous and got me what I needed very quickly. In this day and age you can’t put a price on outstanding professionalism and customer service. GOOD JOB!!

Hey hey Amanda...You Rock!! Actually, I've dealt with everyone in this office at one time or another and have always been treated with friendliness and patience. I say patience because insurance is not my forte and these folks break it down to my level of understanding and never seem put out when I ask another question. Amanda, thanks for basically reviewing my whole policy with me... 3 cars and house... and letting me ask 20 questions and thanks for also speaking my language and breaking it all down into simple terms!
