I recently reached out to Jamie to look into my options with my home and auto insurance. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. Her customer service is excellent and attentive. She creates convenient and quick, responsive communication with her clients, whether it be email or by phone. I was a loyal Allstate customer for over 30 years holding multiple policies (auto, homeowner/renter) during that time. The last few years I saw premium increases with every renewal even though I'd never received a traffic ticket or filed a claim. When I heard about Brightway I contacted Allison to see if she could save me some money and not compromise my coverage. She saved me over $500 a year with better coverage for my auto. My renter’s policy was about $10 more a year, but with much better coverage also.
