Plantation Inn

Just wanted to say, I had the 22oz sirloin. It was perfect!! My wife doesn't really care for steaks but loved this one, it melted in her mouth! Fried green tomatoes were very amazing as well as the coconut shrimp, mac n cheese, and fried okra. We appreciate a good small town meal.

The food was really really good. Their fries have the best seasoning and the homemade ranch dressing is delicious!

This is a great place to stay! Rooms are clean and on the bigger side. The young ladies that clean the rooms are fantastic and friendly. They definitely do their job well. Location is one of a kind. You can sit on the porch and see so much, hear the music and smell the food. All is in walking distance. Stage,Bar, and fantastic restaurant across the street.

Was a nice room very clean, and the only thing sucked was that there was an ice bucket, but the ice machine was not working, so I had no ice

My favorite little town. The Plantation is clean and priced well. The restraint had amazing food and there’s places all around to eat and enjoy.

We stayed in the green door cabin. Clean, great service, wonderful food at the restaurant.

Great Place to Stay
Communication the hotel is lacking (I know they are small company) but If I would have been called when I asked to be or before the event, things would have been 100%, I would come here again and stay a million times. We did sort out our communication differences and the lady on the phone was very nice in refunded our money. That little bit of money means a lot to small business owners, but I appreciate her for making it right! One Happy Traveller!

Stay here for a going away party for a bunch of friends. Pretty and busy little area, a decent amount of local attractions and small shops. Plenty of places to stop have a bite and a drink. The rooms were as to be expected at the 2 star level. The service was friendly and easy. I would definitely recommend this establishment for anyone looking to stay in the area for a night or two.

I asked for a refund after my grandfather booked this room--- had some issues with the key/lock and whatnot. As soon as I voiced unhappiness they were quick to investigate and asked if we would accept and upgraded room instead of a refund. We did. Other than some noisy neighbors, it's a great little place to stay if you want to be in the park and not camping. Again, I can't compliment the staff enough on how they addressed our issues, and, so quickly without having to get "huffy" about it.

Room was small but very clean!!! My husband and I were here in September for our 10 year anniversary. Staff was very welcoming. I loved being able to walk out my door and explore Medicine Park! It’s a very cute little town! This will be our favorite place to getaway for a long time

This is a great place. Wait staff is fast friendly and helpful. We come here a couple times a year from Edmond and stay at the plantation hotel.

Food is always perfect. We always order the steaks which are the best around.

Tons of history in this super old plantation style building. Feels haunted. Always a good time.

Stayed here for the weekend with some motorcycle riders. Very clean and comfortable. People there were super friendly. Highly recommend!

This place is loaded with all kinds of history and great food to boot! The restaurant is open for business and is practicing social distancing. If your in the Medicine Park area stop in a get some great food. The prices are reasonable for the quantity of food you get. They have a full service bar to quench any thirst. Look up the history before going in and you will appreciate it even more!

The Inn is listed as a 2 Star. Certainly, it is a historic structure, but it is completely modern inside. The bed was very comfortable, the room very quiet, and everything was exceptionally clean, plus it comes with reserved parking. It is within a short walk of all dining and shopping and a great staging location for exploring the Wichita mountains.

This was the first time we'd be to Medicine Park. The rooms at the Plantation Inn were nice and clean. The manager and girls that were cleaning were so helpful with any questions we had. My lense fell out of my glasses and one of the girls loaned me her personal tools for me to fix them. I just appreciate good people so much!😊 Neat little town with alot of history and the Witchita Mts are amazing! So many places to hike and see beautiful scenery.

Great service, loved my room, very comfortable, clean, well decorated & lit. Stayed in the red door cabin. These were the only pictures I took. Highly recommend both the hotel & cabins. Easy access to Medicine Park, we walked everywhere.

Had a wonderful time, enjoyed the handicapped room! Very clean simple room with parking right next to the room. The shower was wonderful after a day exploring Medicine Park. The housekeeping staff was exceptional and very friendly!

We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and service at this hotel, and the location was perfect. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and certainly quiet and peaceful. The bathrooms are sufficient in size to easily change clothes, towel off and move around. Two can casually fit when needed -- or wanted. The sink and dressing area is located outside the bathroom, allowing access for others while the bath is occupied. We stayed on the second floor and enjoyed the screened in porch (which apparently is a recreation of the original building). There is ample parking close to the hotel, even if it is a bit confusing at first. Check-in is at the restaurant. The wi-fi had good coverage, so the kids were happy. We loved this place and will be returning soon.

We go to Medicine Park frequently for the outdoor concerts and the laid back relaxing vibe the park offers. Have eaten here at the Plantation Inn multiple times and the food is always spot on. Large servings and tastes great with friendly staff. Fair prices.
