I've been with Mason for about a year, and have had an absolute pleasure of being his customer. His office is always available to help me. They treat me like a customer, and not a number. Any time I call their office a live person answers. I never have to sit and go through a dial system when I call to make a change to one of my policies, or just have a simple question about a coverage. Mason and his team are the best insurance group I have ever had experience with. They truly did give me the best deal they could. I went to them off of a referal from our realtor. I've been with Allstate for12 years and they have been with me and for me the entire time. When I bundled home and auto I received good discounts. When I married and added another car, I received great discounts. We saved $600.00 every 6 months on our car insurance. When I began to buy houses they gave me the lowest rates out there for landlord coverage. The Mason Cummings Allstate agency are very respectful, gives you answers quickly. When research is required for a subject they will get back to you the same day. I have felt safe with this Allstate agency and I would not change for anything.

They moved into our area so I got a quote, what do you know they were cheaper than my old insurance! I am so happy with their customer service that I will never switch again! We had our old car literally catch fire and I called just to see what to do, Megan was so comforting, asking if I was ok and calmed me so much. They are always available to answer all my questions. Have had alstate insurance for about 50 years always at the same place. The lady I dealt with was very friendly and polite. Was very helpful got right to business and took care of my request. Will continue to do business at this office. Hopefully the agency won't change owners again for a while.

The Cummings agency has been my insurance company for around 10 years now. They do their best to keep the prices fair and reasonable. I have looked into many insurance companies thorough out our time with the Cummings Agency, and Allstate and their team at the Cummings agency are always between 2 to 5 hundred dollars lower than their competitors. Their customer service is outstanding and they are always quick to help me get the right coverage for my personal and business life.
