Very easy to get a car. Lakisha was extremely nice and helpful!!

Pricier thank I expected, as the fees they tack on are a bit much! If it says $150 be prepared to pay $300+. Other than that I had great car, easy pick up/drop off.

Against policy to give zero balance receipts. Required for DoD travel not intelligent in a military town.

Do NOT use Dollar. They are a huge scam. We rented from them in Philadelphia and returned it clean and with a full tank. They charged us an extra $130 because they said we returned it on 1/8th of a tank. Granted, we didn't keep the receipt, but we only used about 1/8 of a tank altogether. So it wouldn't have mattered even with the receipt. They still could say the same thing.

They tricked me with a rental car, took it to another city and didn't give me the break to get another one. They never answer the phone in the desk I call and charged me $310.00 extra for a problem with the battery

These guys are Shady, check your bill carfeully they like to add charges your not aware of it. We are complaimg and there was another person on the phone complimg for the same thing...

Renting a car here was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made in my life. Paid over $1000 for a rental that was originally supposed to cost 211

Do not use this rental car company. The amount of time you will spend waiting for someone to come help you will be significantly longer than if you just walk where you need to go.

The attendants at the airport are rude. They do not explain everything and I had 150. in additional fees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never use them again for a rental!!!!!!!!!!!!
